Auto Glass Now

Very disappointed. Referred to this company by my insurere. They said I should expect a call within 24 hours. Three days later I called the company and was told "Oh, that's an email claim. We get too many of those so we don't even look at them." They said they would be here Friday. Nobody showed. I had to call them to find out that they didn't have my windshield in stock. They called me on Monday and said that a tech would call me Tuesday morning at 9:30 to let me know when they would arrive. At 11:30 a.m. I called them, they said that "I was next" and the tech would be here. Then the tech had to reschedule because it was starting to rain and I didn't have access to a garage. The tech himself, Steven, was so nice and did a great job, but the company itself was very disappointing. They ended up breaking my rear view mirror and the tray for my remote start. I am waiting now for them to provide a replacement.

I ended up needing a rear window for my vehicle due to it being busted out….i made a call to another company was told there info did not like the quote or the process that needed to be done….i searched a little bit more came across AGN and I’m completely glad that I did because from the first call I made the getting a quote was super easy actually saved me $40 from the first quote I received!! Then it came down to the install tech coming out and doing the job he was super friendly super knowledgeable and over all just a nice guy to deal with 10/10 would recommend this company to anybody in need and fingers crossed I don’t have anymore issues but if I find myself in this boat again I know exactly who to contact!! Can’t say thank you enough for the quick and painless process of getting my car back on the road!!

Auto Glass Now did an amazing job!!! I was originally scheduled with a different company and they let me down. Auto Glass Now came in and made the situation better right from the start!!!They were very helpful and quick to do the required job. They even came to my school and fixed it on site! The technician was careful with my vehicle and did the necessary repairs. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a cracked windshield. They get the job done in an efficient, quick and professional manner. The office and admin employees, Laura and Melissa were amazing and took care of business for me. Again, they took a terrible situation and made it into a positive experience. If needed, I would contact them first!!!

Excellent service & excellent value for the money. I have used this business several times for windshield repair, and am always very, very happy with the results. Remember if you use insurance as other companies want you to do, it is a claim against your car insurance, and will most likely cause an increase in your premium. instead, just pay out of pocket, get excellent service and a great value ( saving your insurance from going up ). That is what I do, and it all works out in the end for me and my family. At any rate, you cannot go wrong using this company.

I am extremely satisfied with the results, and service that I received from the Auto Glass Now team I mean just that. This group of individuals are very professional and willing to help in anyway that they can. They’re very informational and if they are unable to assist they will inform you to call the main office and they will help you. The tech has left a great first impression with me and was very helpful. I wouldn’t change anything about my experience with AGN. This was the most hassle free way to get my windshield replaced possible. Last week I unexpectedly got a crack in my windshield. Auto Glass Now handled the insurance claim for me, sent someone to my work to replace it, and even cleaned my dash for me so I got into a clean car. The agent who replaced the windshield was communicative about the time he would be there so I knew when to be ready to unlock my car, and the woman I spoke to to set up my appointment was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Auto Glass Now replaced my front windshield of my Subaru Forester (which means calibrating due to the Subaru Isight feature). The man who performed this did an Excellent job. He told me what he was going to do, how long it would take and checked his work by driving my vehicle, and the Isight is calibrated. The company is great at communication (had to reschedule my appointment due to winter snow storm). I am extremely pleased with this company and would highly recommend them.

Amazing. Experience. They were kind and worked with me even through a storm. They Made it happen. They even worked through a card issue and went through even seeking help from there partner store to fix the issue. Even though it wasn't my fault or theres. They were patient kind and found the issue. So if u need a glass place that cares about there clients please use them because my family will always use them..

Technician was Great! Communication from start to finish, called me first thing in the morning to advise of time frame of arrival for replacement. Explained the steps to replace the windshield, and did a great job. Very easy to work with and professional, a great asset to have working for the Auto Glass Now organization. He should be recognized for doing great work and more importantly his communication.

Very professional business with great staff. They were able to give me a quote for my windshield quick and when I decided to think about the appointment they saved my quote. I ended up getting my windshield replaced for a very fair price and it only took an hour. Highly recommend this business for anyone looking to get any vehicle glass replaced.
