Can't say enough about the terrific experience I had at the Safelite in Avon, which was in big part created by an employee there named Nathan. I had a crack in my windshield, so I pulled in, Nathan greeted me and fixed the windshield flawlessly. When he came out to talk to me after the service, he mentioned that I had a flat tire...I knew I hit a big pothole turning into the shop, but didn't realize it popped the tire. Without hesitation - and without me even asking - Nathan scrounged up a jack, worked extremely hard to elevate my car, and put the spare on right there in the shop's garage. I was incredibly grateful, as he singlehandedly and without prompting made a what could have been an extremely stressful situation completely manageable. Not only was it terrific service, but it doubled as an act of kindness. Accordingly, I give the Safelite in Avon - and in particular Nathan - the highest of marks not only for service, but for going above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Thank you, Safelite....and give that man a raise.
