I called around to several places to replace my windshield. This company was the last one I talked with, actually had an appointment set up with another company. However, Dan was the first out of all of them, that was very friendly, very informative and knowledgeable. He answered several questions that I had and didn’t rush or seem like he was annoyed by it. Needless to say, I cancelled with the other company, and Dan and his assistant was out the next day. Called 5 auto glass shops for a quote and Rubber City was by far the best price. He came to my workplace and replaced my windshield while I was in the office, extremely convenient. I have referred him to coworkers all of which were very satisfied with my work, and most recently my girlfriend needed a replacement so he also did her vehicle. A couple months later we had an issue with the rear view mirror and he was out within hours of our call to repair the issue, free of cost. He also filled a rock chip on my windshield on site for a discount. Highly highly recommend this business.

I have a Volvo truck in West Salem, Ohio what needed work on the windshield. I called 15-20 different auto glass companies in 30 miles radius and nobody could help. Dan is the only one person who drove 40 miles to our location and helped. The price he gave me with mileage, glass and installation was better than the other companies wanted to charge for just the drive in no windshield glass included. Dan is probably the most knowledgeable and professional autoglass guy in the area! I highly recommend him for his expertise and quality of work. He did a very thorough job of cleaning and preparing both body and glass, you can tell he takes pride in his work. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for your autoglass needs I'd rate him 6/5 stars if I could. Do not look elsewhere because this is the guy you want to call hands down.

Called for 2 windshields on 2 different cars. I was scheduled straight away, the prices were very reasonable (less than everyone else I called, like 5 different shops), the installation was quick and professional, and the installer whom I believe to be the business owner was very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. This was an all around great experience, and I highly recommend this company.
