Car Glass Repair

Had an unfortunate incident where my daughter’s vehicle was broken into on the Westside of Cleveland. Called Car Glass Repair after 7pm to leave a message for a call back in the morning. Much to my surprise Red returned my call that evening and set a mobile appointment for the next morning. Received several messages the next morning about status and arrival time. Super nice tech arrived and went to work fixing up the broken glass. Let me say this is a company that understands great customer service. We all know how rare that is today so next time you need glass service do yourself a huge favor and call Red at Car Glass Repair.

The job was done, quick and efficiently within 20 minutes. My windows were fixed and he was on his way. The window was completely shattered and he had it taken out and done so fast. I was so surprised he had called me and let me know that he was on his way overall 10 out of 10 experience communication was great. The only downside was, he didn’t clean up any of the Glass left in my driveway or in my car as he said he was going to when I gave him my vacuum to use since he didn’t have one working at the time so cleaning up the glass shattered in my car and all over my driveway was not What I anticipated.

Called yesterday after shopping around the most affordable compared to alot of other companies the guy came out was done in 30 min the installer and the owner told me that if I have any issues to call them they will fix it because there service comes with a lifetime warranty and that's a great peace of mind to go with the great price I know I sound like a infomercial but im just a dude who cracked his windshield and needed help and they really helped me out and didn't try to tax my pockets so ty guys so much.

Amazing! Quick to respond! I was panicking and calling around to other places for a windshield replacement and didnt leave a message when I originally dialed them and then they texted me apologizing for not answering and asked if I was in need of glass replacement services. I needed a new windshield the very next day due to having to use my work truck for service calls later in the day. They set everything up and I was using my work truck again by 1pm the next day. Highly recommend!

They were quick & efficient. We called on a sunday & they got me on the schedule for that next day. When they arrived, they got straight to work. It didn't take long at all. I want to say about 30-40 minutes tops. I paid & they were on their way. Reasonable pricing as well. Definitely cheaper than safelite. Thank you for providing great service.

I was in dire need of a windshield and had called another company who not only quoted me A LOT hire but couldn't come out til tomorrow.Car Glass Repair was prompt, professional,polite and got the job done same day DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER -honest, knowledgeable and no unnecessary additional add ones!

Great communication & fast work affordable price but I wasn’t not 100% satisfied just %80 #1 worker left the glass in the bottom of my door never vacuumed #2 he didn’t put my door all the way back like it was something isn’t right because my door is not completely sealed other then this 2 issue

I loved the fast and very professional service. Customer service is everything to me to get my business. Rose was pleasant speaking with to the repair man and owner. I’ve already advised family members of their great service overall. They come to you and reasonably priced. Thumbs up for me.

Amazing customer service ..I called, left a voicemail on a Sunday evening and they returned my call in less than 5 minutes ..ordered the window overnight and repaired it the following day!! I highly recommend them for services !

Two men (don’t know their names) fixed my back trunk window in literally 30 minutes! They were fast and they did a good job! I definitely recommend this company to people who are in need to get their windows fixed!
