First Class Auto Glass

We threw thousands of dollars of work for him. When he finally showed up the work he did was good. However the first day he never showed up after scheduling. Second day he was 3.5 hours late, making him show up at 7 at night. He then replaced glass in two pickups and tinted a vehicle of mine, and he worked late till 1am. At the end of install I tried to give him a check for the work, and was informed he couldn't accept because accounts were negative and needed money from a card or cash. I told him that was fine and the next day paid my part of bill (was a joint ordeal of having him come out between two of us) and on Saturday at 9pm I get a phone call from him demanding the half from the other entity saying mother's day is tommorow and he needs the money. Was very rude and unprofessional, telling me payment was due at time of install even though I tried to pay, with no warning that he would not take a check for full amount. First Class Auto Glass is a small business I am happy to support. Jordan is highly knowledgable and walked us through insurance, tint, and even went above and beyond providing info on non-glass auto stuff. He kept in contact frequently to coordinate schedules, as he provided on site service and we are not local. He was very reasonable in pricing and has great tools that made him able to get the windows swapped out in no time. I will go out of my way to use this service and have already told my friends. Highly recommended, great service, good guy.

Jordan had the replacement windshield shipped in and installed next day for a lower price than anywhere else that I called. Had two vehicles that needed windshields and one needed rear window replaced, all had tint and some bells and whistles. We aren't local and Jordan kept us in the loop about insurance, glass orders and scheduling so we could get things done asap. The service was quick and looked great.
