i have used these people many times over the years. this time was enough to make me go else where. i have a brand new truck that fell to the Williston curse and had a rock go through my windshield so i called to have Expert come install my glass when i went out to look i found scratches all over the hood, roof and windshield pillars have deep scratches i had a local body shop look at it and before telling them what had happend they asked if i just had a windshield done like they new anyways turns out i have $2500.00 in damages that of course Expert said they could not have done. so sad to say i wont go back and if anyone has work done there look close at job done. thank you for taking time to read this.

What started out with a rock to my windshield in a construction zone in rural Montana at 4:30 in the afternoon began a series of phone calls trying to find a shop to replace it...after calling several places with no answer I finally connected with Expert Auto glass. I explained that I was travelling and needed it replaced, if possible, today.. They had a replacement windshield AND they fit me in this morning... Long story short, a slight detour to Williston ND for the night and by 9:30 AM today we were on the road again. I can't say enough about this place, thanks again for helping out this weary traveler!!

Horrible. Had my windshield changed out after taking a large rock to the right side. The windshield squeaked constantly. Had it pulled a second time and installed in my heated shop, and let it sit for 3 days and it's worse. The manager said he would get back to me after he found out more on what to do. Let's just say I finally called him after waiting two weeks. Now it's gonna cost me the 300+ for the original and then another 800 for a factory one...that I might as well have Toyota install. If you have a nice vehicle don't cut corners or go with somebody that won't back up there work.

We got a big rock chip in our windshield about 2 hours out of town so decided we needed it fixed the next morning. I called and asked about getting it fixed and she said bring it in and we’ll get right on it. Probably take 15 minutes. I parked and went into the office and told her I’d called. By the time I had paid the $35 to have it fixed the repair was already started. We were in and out in 15-20 minutes and fixed perfectly. Thanks for a job well done. I got there a half an hour early in a semi, and asked if they could get me in early. The gal was able to move a few things around so I could, and they were done in 15 minutes!! They did a great job. A couple drawbacks, having a semi, I couldn’t make the turn at the back of the property, but was thankfully able to back onto their grass lot, but I did have to ask a few people to move their vehicles, which they did immediately. The price was up there, but they were super fast and it looks great, so that is definitely worth something.

Yes, fast service, friendly people, good work. I would have given them 4 stars but since its the Wild Wild West out here and anybody can set their price as high as they want, Expert Auto Glass did just that. I went to Alpine less than a mile to get my windshield changed for $175. I got there for my appointment but they did not have my size in stock, so the recommended Expart Auto. They did the job for $240. I would have went somewhere else but the crack was bad and was getting worse by the minute.

Expert Auto came and replaced our windshield yesterday morning. The technician was about an hour early, calling on his way to ask if it was ok to come. I loved that he was early! He asked me to have the car unlocked and called me when it was done to tell me the office would call for payment. It was completely contactless, which is great in the current times. I am with an insurance agency in Minnesota. One of my customers suffered a broken windshield while working at a job site in a small town in North Dakota. Expert Auto Glass was the ONLY glass company in a wide area that was willing to travel that far to replace one windshield. And I called around to a whole lot of different shops in ND and MT. So glad that there is a company like this that understands the customer's situation and is willing to go the extra mile (literally) to provide service.

I came in with a nasty chip, and received expert advice. I was advised that it couldn't be fixed and that to try was a waste of money because of how badly the glass was chipped out. I was then advised to wait until it cracked out to replace it. I appreciate getting advice that is best for me: they could have tried to fix it and charged me, and I would not have known the difference. Thanks for honest, good service!!

Had 2 windshields done here for 2 work trucks. Decent prices compared to other places. Was in and out in less then an hour both times, and the staff here are very kind. They have comfy seating for waiting there if you don't have anywhere else to be, and if you need to be somewhere that is near there (not sure how near) they offer a ride to where you want to go.
