Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever received. Alpine refused to call me when my car was complete (as was agreed upon at drop-off) and I was expected to find my own means of transportation for the next 15 hours. They did not return my calls or voicemails for days, and when they did it was 15 minutes before closing and they did not answer my call back. They gossiped to my Facebook friends about my personal information. When I tried to discuss these issues with them they consistently lied. If you want to be disrespected and slandered around Williston I would recommend Alpine Auto Glass. And to respond to the owners response: I never received a call from you on Monday afternoon and most certainly did not speak to anyone. I waited until 5:30 to begin calling and nobody answered. I arrived at the shop at 6 and the doors were locked and my vehicle outside. I called shortly after 6 and left a voicemail stating I was upset and was getting my other keys to take it since I have to work. You did not attempt to contact me until Wednesday at 4:45. I called back shortly after 5 on Wednesday and nobody answered. I have my phone records and a witness who was with me on Monday so the fact that you continue to lie about your actions is a disgrace.

Not happy! The technician was sloppy removing the windshield and worse putting it in. The time it took to install (1hour 15minutes) improperly, was absolutely ridiculous! I had a clean vehicle when he started and when he was done there was urethane on the paint around the exterior of the window, on the windshield, on the interior dash, steering wheel and door panels. Paint was noticeably scraped off around the windshield. There was overspray on the windows, doors, and hood. Didn't use any covers or protector pads just threw the wiper blades and tools on the hood of the vehicle leaving scratches. The windshield is pulled up in the passenger corner, the windshield has a weird bubble effect when looking through it. The window was streaked up inside and out and had to be recleaned. There was glass all in the dash, footprints left all in the vehicle. Called to let them know I was upset about the work and quality done. The gentleman said that the tech that did the windshield is used to doing oil field trucks and that if I needed him to come back and clean his mess he would. Other than that they we sorry and apologized. I'm not a windshield expert, I highly recommend Badlands for the upmost quality service!ServicesAuto windshield replacement

My experience is simply with getting my windows tinted. Their process was quite practical in getting an appointment set up; pretty much the same as if you were going to drop it off for repair. My only misgiving was me not asking for a real example of some percentage of tint (I've never done this before) so I had a metric to go by. I ultimately went with a 24% tint (which is what a lot of people opt for as it is about the darkness that comes on cars from the factory). The final product on the car was extremely well done; not a sign of bubbles, wrinkles, or daylight on the edges. Even though they do offer a couple darker options, the 24% made a significant change in the heat that accumulates in the car in the summer. I may, down the road, change to a darker tint but for now I am very happy for how it turned out.

I got my window replaced here.. a light ended up coming on in my car and I took it to the dealership and they told me you guys didn’t recalibrate it. I called you earlier today and all she said is well we don’t do that here and we didn’t charge you for it.. it should say that on your receipt... I never knew this needed to be done and I also think you guys should tell your customers this before hand... not after you put the windshield in! I would have never came here! Also Honda said they don’t even know if my sensors will work with the windshield you guys put in!

They put in the wrong windshield which caused my pre collision system to malfunction also broke the plastic piece around my rear view mirror. Had to take my car to the dealer spend another 200 there then had to get the correct windshield for my car so another 500 dollars on top of what they charged me. Would have never known they broke the plastic cover if I didn’t take my car to Toyota to calibrate the pre collision system.. place is a joke will never take anything here again!!!NegativeProfessionalismServicesAuto windshield replacement

I'm from out of town. Had them put a windshield in and all the way to texas it leaked and whistled now have to go to another glass company back home to repair floor mats slide around just like the Walmart ones I had which they were suppose to be exact fit. They are no better and if you call them it's always not their fault. They also forgot my registration sticker and gave me another excuse. I would not recommend them in no form or fashionServicesGlass installation

I had some hail damage fixed in January and due to construction I couldn't park my car in the garage and noticed a severe leak. They helped me trouble shoot where it was coming from and showed me so I could understand what to tell the autobody place who fixed the area that leaked. Super professional and understanding! Will recommend and use them again!PositiveQuality, Professionalism, ValueServicesService not listed

I had them replace my windshield gasket 3 months ago $450 just labor, then water leaking through the gasket after they replaced it for a new gasket. Yesterday, the windshield was coming off on the passenger side, they replace the windshield (the old one was cracked a little bit, so it had to be replaced regardless) , $420, then the windshield is coming off again today, i wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The last time I dropped a truck off right in front of the glass main door. They suggested it could take 2 hours for 2 front windows. So, not wanting to sit in a boring shop for 2 hours I left. I came back after 2 hours and my truck did not move an inch! Meanwhile 2 people sitting behind the counter looking at social media and ignoring the truck right in front of their faces.NegativeProfessionalism
