I've called & left messages with them several times about the corruption at their Denver warehouse. Trying to be reimbursed on parts I didn't receive. Or they'll send double orders.. So if I order 5 windshields they'll send up 10. 2 of each windshield. Charge me for it.. Then I have to wait on credits! If I ever get them applied to any future purchases. They usually won't apply credits unless I hound them to. I've had several hundred dollars in credits before & theyll charge me for the future order too.. They just take more & more money from me.. Most of the time when I have them pick up returns they never leave a receipt! My last order I paid with cc over internet, the driver didn't leave glass because there wasn't a check there.. Victor told me, his driver was not trained to read the receipt & see that it had been paid for.. So he took the windshield back to the warehouse. I lost the job!

Was quoted $280 for a new windshield, they called me a couple days after I scheduled my appointment and left a voicemail saying they forgot to add the calibration fee for the sensors onto my quote but still quoted me the same $280. So I thought nothing of it when I took it into the appointment, she called and told me it was done so I paid over the phone since my boyfriend was picking it up for me and when I got off the phone and my bank notification came through that it was damn near $700 I was SHOCKED! That was a unexpected major slap in the face. I called multiple times after that trying to figure out how they failed to mention the extra $400 and they were saying it was for the sensor calibration … I feel like I got screwed over big time and would of spent that $700 somewhere else if I knew it was going to be that much instead of the $280 I was quoted.

I have had 3 windshields and a back window replaced on two of my trucks here in the last 4 years (the back window was because a scrap metal semi materials feel onto my truck somehow). Now I need to get another windshield replaced on another one of my truck and you'll know surely whom I going to. They done great work each time and the one time I had an issue they fixed it right away. In there industry it's a bit harder to find a good shop that does good work.

Customer Service in Minot has a new standard of excellence. My car window was stuck in the down position. I received an estimate and proceeded to have the work done. The technician came out in less than 15 minutes to say it was all finished. I was astounded. Not only was the service impressively, fast and professional, but the final bill was significantly less than the estimate. Honesty and efficiency. Highly recommended!

I have had these people replace my windshield before in my 379 Peterbilt I was very impressed. I was there the other day to have both of them replaced. They replaced both windshields in 50 minutes very much professionally done. I recommend them to everyone. They also have other branches in the Dakotas. The customer is always number one to them

They gave me a quote over the phone and forgot to mention labor wasn't included in that price so it was about a hundred dollars more than I expected almost didn't have enough to pay when completed but they did a outstanding job of installing it
