Our windshield started a single line Crack on the driver's side and was quickly making it to the passenger side. We are traveling and really needed it fixed today. I phoned several places who could not fit us in today-which I understand.were not able to I found Dakotaland and I called. He looked up my vehicle, told me there were 3 options and asked for the VIN Number (1st person to ask me that question). He wanted to make sure they had the correct replacement. I called him back with it. He said he could get it and what time could I be there. It was a 2 and a half hour drive. We said up a time and he said it would be about 3 hours. He was right on target. These guys care about their clients. I highly recommend them. Thank you for understanding our circumstances and being able to take care of us. The only thing I regret is I forgot the gentleman's name who helped us. Thank you for taking the time to make sure We are safe Our travels!

Needed a windshield replacement right away after a deer strike so I could keep working. I escort oversized loads all Over the USA and the load was at a standstill until we did some emergency repairs. After calling 20 plus shops between grand falls and Fargo and being told a minimum of 2 plus days just to get a windshield I was just about to give up my search. But These guys sourced a windshield in minutes and got me fixed up and back on road in just a few hours that same day. Cannot thank them enough for helping me out. Quality work, great customer service, and a fair price for such a short notice job. Thank you.

I have to change my review after my last visit to them, you need to ask them a couple times about the name the model and the year about your car so you can get the right part to make sure not wasting your time. Plus note that they don't give ride to your home anymore and looks like they don't care about their customers I got my car back full with shattered glass without cleaning, so you need to clean the broken glass by yourself I DON'T think I can do business with them again.

Not impressed cost goes up quality goes down. Luckily I decided to pick it up today instead of tomorrow like they wanted me to. I would've missed my loadbut no biggie to them ,they were paid.Windshield wasn't in the moulding had to go back and have it fixed right, the one guy had excuses the other thought banging his step ladder into both fenders of my truck n throwing my hood open with no care what so ever. Good luck with your business model, I'm not referring or coming back

I called these guys at 10am on Tuesday because I needed a new rear window for my car. This was a little odd and I don't think those windows are regularly stocked. They were able to get one in the next day, and by noon on Wednesday my car was ready to go. I thought it was reasonably priced and when I mentioned a chip in my windshield, they fixed it in about 20 minutes. I've been here 2-3 times and I highly recommend them.

The gentleman also in the front, so sorry I forgot your name, thank you as well for being so nice and accommodating even though there was miscommunication. They have complimentary drinks and a TV to watch for those waiting and a charging station for your phones.

Had my tractor windshield replaced. They didn’t tighten the bolt all the way down on my drivers side wiper blade arm. Soon afterwards I went through heavy rain and the wiper blade swung all the way to the left and stayed there. I thoughts the whole arm was going to be ripped off. I had to pull over in a monsoon and fix it. Would give negative stars if I could.

My rearview window was shattered last night and I called them up this morning and they had the right the window and were able to squeeze me in. I brought my car in at 9 and they called me and told me it was done at 11. They even had a car I could drive around in the meantime. I would definitely recommend them! Professional and fast!

Dakotaland Auto exceeded expectations!! My sister and I needed a windshield replacement while we were passing through Fargo and Jen was able to get us in and out the next day. While we waiting they even let us use their company car to check out the town. Thank you all for your amazing work and for reinstalling our dash cam. :)

Went in for appointment to have rock chip in windshield fixed. Waited onsite for service, paid for service. What I paid for was service that was NOT even completed, yet they certainly took my cash for a job not done! Unfortunately I was even referred to this shop. Extremely unsatisfied with the work they claim to do.
