I booked an appointment to have my windshield replaced two weeks in advance for a Saturday morning at 8am. Arriving on time to a parking lot that was covered with broken glass, no employees were even there when I arrived. There were no fewer than 5 customers already waiting when someone finally arrived to open the shop 10 minutes late. I finally handed over my keys intending to return later when my windshield was replaced, then an hour later they call me to tell me that the sole technician working on a Saturday isn’t coming in today.

0 Stars...I only put 1 star because Google made me. I had a horrible experience here. I first got my windshield replaced here in fall 2024 and had no issues for a couple months. However just a few weeks ago water started leaking in, absolutely soaking my headboard. I took it back to them and they "fixed" it. The next day it rained again, and water continued to leak in at the same area. I took it back to them again, and this time they completely replaced the windshield. On my drive home from getting the 2nd new windshield, I noticed the lane keep assist feature wasn't working, so I took it back. They did a calibration test and told me it passed. About a week went by with no rain, so I assumed I was good. Meanwhile, something still seemed off with the lane keep assist feature. It finally rained again, and lo and behold a BRAND NEW leak appeared on the passenger side rail...so in a totally different spot than the first leak, and again this was with a brand new windshield. So I take it back to them AGAIN...now for the 5th time in total...and they tell me it's fixed. I drove away and immediately noticed they did a very sloppy job. There was exposed glue around the edges on the interior...they got glue stains on the cloth section of my side rails, not to mention there were smudges and fingerprints all over the windshield in addition to glue marks, which wasn't a HUGE deal but only added to my frustration. A few more days went by with no rain, and again I assumed (hoped) I was in the clear. The next time it rained, water started leaking in AGAIN over on the passenger side rail section. Same section as the last time. I called my state farm agent, absolutely livid, and we decided to take it to a different auto glass place in Winston-Salem. They are putting another brand new windshield in it since the other one was poorly installed. My 3rd windshield in 5 months. One of the shop employees said "This is just about the worst, most sloppy job I've seen come through here." They showed me where there was glue haphazardly left in places it shouldn't be...and said my camera, which of course controls things like lane keep assist, was not properly mounted back in. It just fell right out when they opened the cover. So no wonder my lane keep assist wasn't working correctly. I definitely will never take my car back there and would not recommend it to anyone.

Okay but could have been better. Top seal on windshield was not completely flush, it was loose and I had to tuck it back where it was supposed to be. Pillars removed during process fine, but leaves and debris were not cleaned out prior to reinstalling the glass! Now I have to tool something to clean that out. Office staff was very nice and accommodating to schedule. Estimate given but it was more when I got the receipt. I’m not sure if that has to do with insurance claim or no.ServicesInstallationPrice assessmentNot sure

I was sent to Auto Glass Now by my insurance company where I had to pay a $500 deductible after they installed my new windshield. I was very unhappy to find out they did not even replace it with a name brand Lexus windshield and on top of that when I got home that day after work (they installed the new windshield at my work on a Friday afternoon), I noticed that the side pieces were not even put back on correctly. They were half put on and not slid back in place and I could see spots where the adhesive was coming from the window inside of my car. It looked like sloppy work in my opinion. I called as soon as I got home and I was told I would have to file a warranty and provide photos of what was wrong but the link the lady on the phone from the company sent me did not even work to file the warranty. I am not happy and if my insurance is paying full price for this windshield then I expect everything fixed correctly. My car cost a lot of money and it devalues it by what they did so I will be contacting them again Monday morning to get this resolved.

The folks at Auto Glass Now were absolute lifesavers. Our car side window had broken Wednesday evening and we desperately needed it fixed today (Friday May 23rd) but many shops in the area did not have availability until Tuesday. I first called the location in Greensboro and the person I spoke with was so kind and helpful. She offered to check if their Winston Salem had openings today, and they did! Once we arrived for our appointment, we were quite literally in and out of the door in 20 minutes. The gents that did the replacement at the Winston location were easy going and friendly. It is really rare these days to experience friendly and helpful customer service (especially during crisis situations). The stress of trying to find last minute repair before a holiday was alleviated by these awesome folks and I can't even express how grateful I am.

Disappointing Experience with Auto Glass Now I recently had a window replacement done by Auto Glass Now, and unfortunately, I can't say it was a smooth experience. While the glass was replaced, I was disappointed to find out that the technicians didn't remove the glass to clean the inside of the door properly. Additionally, the outside trim ended up damaged during the process. Overall, the service fell short of my expectations, and I would caution others considering their services to be wary of potential oversights.

Local people are so kind and helpful! Getting through the phone tree was weird/complicated. Also my car/window combo must be extra special/unique because it was a window shape they had never seen before and that brought on a few confusions/complications in the process of getting it replaced. We got though. What was going to be one day turned into 3 day wait... But they did it and even vacuumed out some of the broken glass inside the vehicle (despite telling me they don't do that) so I really appreciate that!!!

I thought everything was good with this place at first until I got the first call from the manager. The person I felt with on line put in the wrong info for my car. Finally got that all worked out then I got into the shop where a employee and the manager a manager were arguing the whole time on and off while I was there. It made every one uncomfortable and worried that the employee was going to do something to our cars. While this was going on the manager was also dealing with a lot of wrongly scheduled appointments and calls. There were a lot of problems going on while I was there. It would have all been fine but then I looked at my car after and there was black residue left all over around me car on the metro around the new windshield. I guess what's what I get for going inexpensive. Can't say I'll want to go back.

The people working here are very nice. They completely the work and installed a new windshield. It appears to be installed correctly. When they were removing the old windshield the cutting tool jumped out and cut my dash in three places. They knew they did this and did not say anything, did not offer to replace my dash or somehow make a repair. I will never go back and recommend that you consider other options for a windshield replacement. I would rate it a zero bad was forced to leave a one star.

Initially pleased, but my windshield was leaking air. I took it back in and they "fixed" it. Nothing changed. I ended up fixing it myself. This is the second time I've used them and I've had the same issue both times. Their work is sloppy and I'll never return. I do not recommend. Update: I have found damage to my vehicle from the sawsall they used in the process of removing my old windshield. I have emailed the company and waiting on a response. I have added pictures of the "stellar" work...
