Danny and Tessa are amazing to work with!! I got a chip in my windshield that wasnt repairable as it was in a location that required total replacement. They were so helpful explaining the reason, the claims process and managed to schedule me quickly. Danny and his son did the replacement, Ryan did the recalibration. Everything was so simple and done in my driveway! Since the replacement, I suspected a leak but Danny came to my house TWICE and fully inspected and tested the windshield... everything is fine and the quailty of work and assistance they provide is top knotch. They are locals in the community and Im so glad I chose them to work with!

Excellent experience with Griffeth Auto Glass. They walked me through the process while explaining everything, ordered my windshield, installed it flawlessly and helped me arrange the recalibration. Great service, highly recommend! Met them through a company that screwed up my repair order on a Wednesday. The technician, Danny, notice the issue and worked it out with his office. The office manager, Tessa, was very polite and helpful, she explained the issue, found the right glass, and reschedule the job. Danny came back on Friday with the correct part and installed it, the whole job took may be an hour. (they are mobile only and don't do work on base.) Note other wind shield places in this area have horrible reviews.

Great experience! They were able to send someone out within 24 hours and the windshield was replaced within 30 minutes. Super easy process and they were very professional. Their prices were literally half of what other businesses quoted me. The technician was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He texted me when he arrived and when he was done. These “guys” were fantastic. Tessa helped schedule me, quite quickly. 2 days I think? I was texted when on their way and called by the technician as well with and ETA. It went much quicker than I had anticipated. Maybe 25 minutes? Danny was my technician. He was very friendly, professional and polite. Not that I expected anything less, but it was noticeable and that’s not always the case. I would highly recommend these folks for windshield replacement. They also were a little less than the 3 others I called.

Highly recommend!!! Dog broke back passenger window. I called them at 2pm Thursday, they retrieved the glass from the warehouse, and by 8am they were in my driveway replacing the window.
