There is a reason a lot of local dealerships (and other windshield replacement vendors) use B&B Auto Glass!! John and his team in Statesville, NC are true professionals, technicians and provide the best customer service available! They use the latest technology and tools to get the job done right!. I had a bad issue where my insurance company sent me to a large windshield replacement company. I had appointment problems, and all sorts of crazy issues -- I pulled into their facility in Concord one day with a broken windshield and left with a "New" broken windshield. I was approved for a Original Equipment Manufacturer replacement and they tried to use a generic model. Upon trying to order an OEM with them, they said it would be a while.. it was over six months and was looking like much longer. I called my insurance company, got the windshield from the Car Dealership and they worked with B&B to get it installed. Best thing that could ever happen! Got the windshield quick, B &B Glass did their magic and I am done! And the value was good, after deductible -- was not as scary as I suspected even with buying parts from dealer! I appreciate good, honest, professionals who do good work and I strive to do the same. I can only recommend B&B Auto Glass! Stay away from the big boys with lots of commercials!
