Not only did they pull up on time and ready to work, but they made the whole process smooth, efficient, and dare I say… low-key enjoyable? They handled the job with precision, professionalism, and a dose of charm that could make glass blush. I’m pretty sure my car is now convinced it’s in a relationship. And let’s be real—handsomeness was definitely part of the package deal. Five stars for the service, five more for the vibes. Highly recommend. My windshield is clearer than my last situationship.

Straight up pricing, on time arrival, quick service, secure payment. I called three businesses to quote replacing my shattered rear windshield. Two of them, one a national chain, gave quotes minus environmental fee and taxes. As a consumer, I just want a straight up price, I don't care how the vendor gets there. Years ago, while still under warranty, the Dodge dealer had replaced this rear window twice due to leaking. The problem was never resolved. This is the first time the job was done "right". Owner Alex Beasley called when he was finished with his previous job and arrived ready to work. It took Alex and partner Mike 37 minutes from arrival until moving on to their next job. They removed the shattered window and both previous attempts at a sealant before using a drill with wire brush to remove rust. Next they applied metal primer before adding new sealant and window. Finally, they vacuumed the loose glass shards from my original window. After install and care instructions, Alex took Zelle as payment and they were off to the next job. The reviews here are rock solid. Beasley's are top of the line professionals. I called recently about my driver side window that wouldn't go up all the way. They not only answered the phone fast but were able to order the part same day and come to my address the following day. I could have had it fixed on the same day if I had called sooner! It took them exactly 45 minutes to diagnose the problem and fix everything like new. They could have easily finished in half that time but of course with my luck the window needed extra attention 🙄 I can't say enough about the friendly and informative service Beasley's provided. The best part is the cost was very reasonable considering everything they had to do. I will need my windshield replaced at a later date and this is definitely who I'll be calling. I'll never go back to safelite again.

I travel too much and the roads aren't always pleasant. My car got a crack in the windshield last year. I called him and one of his guys came out and fixed it for me and the price was so reasonable. Well happened again, I called him and they came out and he had told me it would be a full replacement. He was right and top notch work! Half the cost of the big name places and Ive had a few of those on my old car. And my dashboard is also cleannn,. he preps/cleans before and after and the windshield is clean as the day. He's honest and does good work. And he fit me in his schedule in right away! Thanks Mr. Beasley!!!! I hope your back feels better soon!!!

If you are in Cumberland County and are looking for your windshield to be replaced, look no further! Beasley’s Auto is amazing! 5 STARS! Not only did he come to my house to complete the job, he ordered my window part and had my windshield done in about 30 minutes. Professional and had me laughing the entire time! Call him and get your window fixed, don’t go to anyone else lol you’ve been warned! Also, I have a LIFETIME warranty on my new window lol hopefully I won’t need it! Got a quote from safelite for a $1000 to replace my windshield. I called Beasley Auto glass and they gave me the best quote from all the competitors I spoke to. Mr. Beasley also informed me that the competitors will bolster their prices with recycling fees ($100) and calibration ($700) which is not needed in most cases. He was able to replace my window for my 2020 Honda Pilot in less than a hour and also fixed the mistakes from the last company that replaced my window safelite. My husband called the shop early in the morning. We didn’t know how long it would take since we We’re leaving the upcoming weekend. We wanted to have it fixed for the holiday Fourth of July. The gentleman told my husband he could have it done same day and he showed up early, and completed the job very quickly. He was very professional. If you’re looking for a great local guy to do the work instead of those big companies, he’s your guy. His prices are way better than everybody else as well.
