Scheduled our windshield for installation then the day of, didn’t call or answer my calls until I ultimately hid my number and called again twenty minutes later and they said they would have to reschedule. I mean two hours later and I’m finding out they need to reschedule? She didn’t apologize or anything. Said did I want to reschedule and take up another day of my time? No, no thanks and sorry but you have a terrible way of doing business when you could have called me earlier and told me you had no intention of coming as scheduled. Would never call them for anything but luckily we called All American auto glass Gastonia and we not only received prompt courteous response for service but they were cheaper than this place

One of the most unprofessional places I have ever worked with. Made 3 different trips to the business in order to get a windshield replaced. Ordered the wrong windshield 1st and the 2nd time when there was a question about the charges I asked to speak To the owner and was told he was only a silent partner and I would deal with her she was the office manager.Camny is her name and she was very rude.ServicesGlass installation

They were the friendliest people I've ever met. They were helpful fast and cheap but excellent work they even took my truck in the morning I took it for them to look at it. I even stayed around and talked to them after they were done. If I ever have any thing done again I will go to them. If anyone needs anything done please go there you will not regret it. Took car in that I had recently purchased to have a chip fixed on the windshield. Shortly thereafter a nice gentleman came and informed me that the chip had previously been repaired. There are still honest people around us. I will most certainly go back to them in the future for glass repair! Thanks again

Fixed our cars chip in about 45 minutes for less than $60 in comparison satellite is around $140 if you don't go through your insurance. We chose to pay out of pocket just to make sure they didn't try to raise our insurance rates.
