Brandon from Autoglass Viking did an excellent job replacing the windshield on my 2012 Ford E350 van. From start to finish, the entire process was flawless. He handled the scheduling, and he came on-site (to my driveway at home) and replaced the windshield in a timely manner. He was an excellent person to work with, and I plan on doing business with this company again. I'm notorious for getting broken windshields on all my vehicles. Also, he always orders the windshields with the built-in (bluish-colored) tint strip across the top, an excellent idea for North Carolina's sunny days. Very positive experience getting our daughter’s 2006 van windshield and side door glass replaced. I spoke with Amanda, and she provided a quote and date for install over the phone then followed up with quote via e-mail. The windshield was in stock, but the side glass needed to be ordered which added a bit more time to the process. All of that was taken care of and Amanda or Brandon communicated with us throughout the process. They were very accommodating as we had to reschedule twice. Brandon was punctual and called ahead of arrival. I was impressed with his mobile installation vehicle as it was well configured to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Great service. I bought a new Jeep and cracked my windshield in the first 30 days. I chipped it on a Friday and didn’t notice until Saturday morning. I tried some other companies that come to you, but they were scheduled a little far out. I read some reviews and decided to try auto glass Viking. I also noticed he had pictures of some other jeeps. I called him and just asked him how it would work, he suggested replacement rather than repair due to the size of the crack. I called my insurance and they worked everything out through auto glass viking. I just had to give him an address and a time. He came to my house after I got off work and removed and replaced my windshield in less than an hour. Great work all around, very friendly and accommodating. It’s nice to talk to a person and not try and navigate a website/call center. Very responsive to calls and texts.

Autoglass Viking quoted me for a new windshield over $150 less than my insurance deductible and far less than other auto glass repairers I called in the area and they got me on their schedule very quickly. Brandon communicated well when he was on his way and worked quickly once he got here. My car looks great, but I am currently warring with a bird that keeps pooping on my car, so I'm not going to embarrass myself. Just trust me. The windshield is beautiful. I highly recommend them, and I do plan on coming back if my windshields ever need replacing again.

Brandon was incredibly efficient, informative, kind and helpful! After the job was done in a timely manner, he took the time to talk me through the process, what he did, what caused the issue I had, what he did to solve it, any cautions of what could happen in the future due to the age of my 20 year old vehicle. He even gave me tips on things he noticed with the frame of my vehicle and what I could do to help which he did not need to. I highly recommend you use his service. Great work!

I contacted Brandon at Autoglass Viking LLC, as we were going through insurance for a windshield replacement on our 2010 Chevy Suburban. I was initially concerned he might not of taken my wife’s insurance. Great news for me and anyone else he takes all insurances. He’s extremely knowledgeable, answered all the questions I had. Called Autoglass Vikings in regards to a fully cracked windshield. I was quoted around $410 which was significantly lower than other places I called. Autoglass Vikings was great with their communication and had a speedy arrival. They are mobile and go to many locations. After replacing my windshield I paid only $400.50 in total. I recommend Autoglass Vikings for anyone looking for a mobile and cheap option.
