After replacing my windshield for the second time in seven years at the well-known franchise (hint: you won't Save and it ain't Light), I decided to try the independent guys at Auto Glass Experts. I go by their modest and unassuming garage in Huntersville almost every day, but do not let looks fool you! When you drive in, you realize they're busy for a good reason. I especially appreciate the friendly professionalism, quick response, and upfront pricing. It's almost like dropping in on a neighbor you know you can rely on for help. If their mobile teams are as good as their "home base," then that's a neighbor who will come right over almost as soon as you holler! I highly recommend Auto Glass Experts.

I called 5-6 places in Charlotte looking for a simple sunroof repair. The only people that sounded like they could help was Auto Glass Experts. While I live in Charlotte, their closest location was Huntersville. I took the 20 minute drive and am so glad I did. I met with Zuzu who took the vehicle in, repaired it in 5 minutes and refused any payment. He even provided some suggestions to prevent the problem in the future. This is the way business should be done. Auto Glass Experts has earned my trust and anyone within 25 miles or more should consider them!

It was a pleasure doing business with Auto Glass Experts. All of the staff, particularly Jessica, were so friendly and professional.Jessica coordinated with my insurance company so I didn’t have to fill out any paperwork. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. And talking about clean! They cleaned the inside and outside of my car after expertly replacing my windshield. After being told by the VW dealership I would need a new windshield to calibrate my sensors (automatic cruise, lane assist,etc), I decided to get a second opinion. I called Auto Glass experts and they were able to get me in right away, plus they were able to calibrate ALL my sensors with no problems! They know what they are doing!! Great customer service and friendly! Would highly recommend!

I went to Auto Glass Experts because I had water leaking in my car during heavy rains. Josh was thorough with his checks and found that my windshield seal was missing an area of adhesive that was causing the leak. He showed me photos of the problem area, and was able to reseal my windshield. They were professional and the cost was very fair. I highly recommend!

Great customer service. They quickly remounted the autodimming rear view mirror and bracket that had detached/lost adhesive. In and out in 30 mins and only cost me $50. Had bought a $15 kit and remounted before and that fix was apparently temporary and very time-consuming. Better to rely on the Experts!
