I called the day prior to installation and Mr.Chris set up a time for the next day to install my windshield. He came to my house as he said and installed the front windshield for me. I have no leaks, or wind noise . I'm very pleased with the quality and work as well as his time frame for replacement. Definitely would recommend Chris' glass to others 👌

Chris came out to my job first thing in the morning to replace my windshield. He was very kind, and very fast. Had my windshield done before noon and showed me everything that was done and the quality of his craftsmanship is second to none. Kept me in the loop of updates and was priced very well. I'll continue to use Christopher's Auto Glass for a long time.

This is the third windshield I'd had put in my car due to water leaks. Originally it was the driver top corner leaking. I had the windshield number 1 replaced by caliber collision. A few months later, the top right corner starts leaking. I called them back. Windshield number 2 gets installed and it doesn't rain for a few weeks so I think it's good. Well it finally rained and the leak was worse on windshield number 2 by caliber. I called the tech that installed it and he said "the bead was perfect" and he saw no rust that would cause a leak. I filed a third claim, all within 2024, for a 3rd windshield but I went with Chris instead. I figured it had to be installation error if there was no rust, so I went with someone else. I explained the situation, he comes out 2 days later, (would've been sooner but that was on me) and pulls the windshield off and shows me exactly what went wrong and how, pictures included. Throws it back together and the car is finally leak free. Service techs are allowed to make mistakes, being in service myself, I understand things happen, no biggie. We are not machines, humans aren't perfect. It was an inconvenience at best, there was no damage, the carpet was still nice and dry. If you want it done right the first time, call these guys. They did a great job start to finish, all through text. Hats off to you.

Yesterday I had my windshield replaced , he was very helpful and explained everything.  I was very pleased  but however  I got in my car this afternoon and saw that there was alot of stuff on my dashboard from the replacement , so I was like okay just wipe it off but then I realized that it not the stuff from the windshield replacement it's damage from the electric tool he pull out and used to get my windshield out.  I really thought today I would get on here and put an amazing review down but considering that my dashboard had stuff all over it which that wouldn't have been a big deal if that was just that because I can clean it up , but the damage I can not fix! All I can say is that yes they do alright job and they are nice , but if your rushing things happen and I really think this have been prevented. Now that my windshield is fix now I have another eyesore. I really wish I could post the amazing review I was going to put but after seeing that today I'm disappointed he could have mentioned but he didn't.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Called and left message over the weekend and promptly got a return call from the company first thing Monday morning... He didn't hesitate to get me in, and in a timely manner at that. GOT a windshield install at the end of February now its the beginning of June and I have a Crack in the windshield that's coming from inside of the windshield that's not cause by me. I called to see what they could do for me being that Iam only 10days out of the warranty. They made no effect to offer me anything. At least half off or something. I'm very disappointed I feel like they did nothing to help with the situation also I feel like they used a cheaper glass. 😕
