From start to finish, the customer service at Shields Auto Glass was 100%! From the initial phone call, I felt valued and taken care of. Their prices are extremely affordable, and my window was replaced in under an hour. They even offered to vacuum out the glass from my vehicle, which was a thoughtful touch. A special shoutout to Denise, the office manager, she was absolutely amazing. Her warm and genuine personality made the whole experience even better. I work third shift and was running on little sleep. I ended up dozing off in the waiting area, and I actually woke up to hear Denise telling another customer she turned the light off to make me more comfortable. That level of care is rare! I highly recommend Shields for all your auto glass repair needs. They truly go above and beyond!

PSA: (this will be lengthy) On March 21st, someone decided that they were going to steal my car, and busted the driver window out. Their attempt was unsuccessful, but caused the biggest inconvenience in my life. I was suppose to be heading out of town to attend the funeral service of a family member. Instead I spent the entire morning filing reports, calling the insurance company, calling repair shops, and the company that manufactured my car. Shields Auto Glass was the ONLY company that had the glass for my vehicle in stock!!! They were professional, kind and friendly, but most importantly… they were my heroes in a stressful situation. They were the most cost efficient and they fixed my window same day! Through all of the morning tears, I was able to drive my car out of state to be with my love ones!

I called around to several places to get a "quick" windshield chip repair and ever place said they were busy with other jobs for 1-2 days or rang right into voicemail. Denise answered right away and was cheerful and helpful. She said she could work us in later that day and we settled for the next morning. The repair was speedy and professional. Denise let us bring our small dog into the waiting room for us and shared stories about her dogs. The waiting area is cozy with a TV, coffee table and couch. Shields surpassed my expectations. Justin (I believe) went out of his way to get the rear window I needed for my truck after experiencing a break in. I was in need of both a window replacement and tint, and he came through. Not only was he able to get my window the same day 3 hours before closing but he was fast installing it and for a great price! It's great quality, astounding customer service and satisfaction, just 15 out of 10!! I wouldn't think twice about coming back for future needs and service. I don't normally leave reviews, but I was thoroughly impressed with Shields Auto Glass. Everything from scheduling the appointment to driving away with a new windshield was done professionally, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service. Two days after having my windshield replaced, I noticed something minor and went back. The technician answered my questions, explained what happened in a way that was easy to understand and not condescending, and promptly fixed it for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to have a window repaired or replaced.

I would give shields auto glass eight stars if I could. Absolutely awesome, unbelievable staff. We had an RV and a rock hit our huge front windshield. It was a small chip. Of course we googled Safelite and went to the Safelite in Greensboro and they said they could not do it and referred us to shields auto glass. so thankful for the recomendation to such a high-quality dependable staff at shield auto glass. Recommend these guys if you ever need any kind of glass repair they are for wants to go to Greensboro and surrounding areas.

Shields is hands down the absolute best. This is the second time I have needed my windshield done, but the first time I have had Shields do the work. They were very quick to get me in for an appointment. The service to replace and recalibrate my windshield took about an hour. They are very friendly and even made sure my windshield stickers were moved from the old windshield to the new one. If your looking for great customer service, an appointment with minimal wait, and good quality service, Shields is the way to go!

A rock hit my windshield on Sunday. Monday morning there was a crack over a foot long on the passenger side of my windshield. I called Tuesday for a quote. She was very friendly and helpful with all my questions and verified they work with my insurance. Tuesday morning I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in that afternoon. Everyone was friendly and it took half the time they quoted me. I always appreciate a company that under promises and over delivers. Thank you for the great service.

I can’t be any more thrilled with the staff at Shields Auto Glass! While searching for a shop to install glass in my custom build I found most shops would not touch it. I found Shields with a simple search and after talking with them they did not hesitate and were happy to help me out. Picked up my toy today and am very pleased with not only the results but I feel like I made some new friends!. Just WOW!! Denise is an absolute TREASURE!! I could go on and on and on about HER and the pleasure of doing business with her alone. Shields Auto Glass as a company is also great to do business with. Very reasonably priced, got me in the next day, apt was supposed to take ~an hour and I was out within 30 mins!!! I received a complimentary can of glass spray, a koozie & Denise even let me keep a pen I had borrowed and really liked. Can’t say enough great things about my experience. Thanks so much y’all!!
