All Safe Auto Glass

All Safe Auto Glass was the perfect choice for us to replace the windshield of our 2024 Hyundai after it was cracked from a rock kicked up by a semi. They helped us with our insurance company and made the whole experience painless. We had first gone to the "other glass company" that advertises on TV. But what a disappointing waste of time. We only have one car and they said we had to bring it to them because they would have to use original factory glass, but then they said we had to leave it for the entire day & couldn't guarantee they would get to it that day. Then...they told us, we would have to go back to the dealer for calibration after the install. Fortunately, we found All Safe Glass in Salisbury, and Clayton was able to schedule everything to be done at our house, at our convenience, even the camera calibration and insurance paperwork! Rick and Lane, arrived on time and were very professional, efficient, and personable. They coordinated with TruTec Calibrations, who arrived immediately after glass installed, and Genesa calibrated the w/s camera. We are very pleased with the professionalism of everyone involved. Great Customer Service!!!

What an awesome experience! Clayton showed so much compassion to my situation! He went out of his way to get the dealership to replace my windshield with OEM glass vs aftermarket glass. I had just purchased a car that had some Knicks in the windshield and I was very upset with it. He stepped in and made sure I had a new windshield equivalent to the original! Ryan and the other gentleman were extremely polite and professional! They answered all my questions and took extreme care to do an excellent job of replacing my windshield! I was so impressed with the entire staff!! I was so apprehensive about replacing it and I'm so happy now that I found All Safe! They came to my house right on time!! I had my windshield replaced today, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received from Clayton & his team. The team (Ryan, Lane, & Aiden) arrived promptly at the scheduled time, displaying the utmost respect and professionalism from the moment they arrived. They worked quickly and efficiently, ensuring the job was done in a timely manner (about 45 mins) without sacrificing quality. Additionally, they took the time to answer all of my questions, providing clear and helpful information. Their courteous demeanor and expertise made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Also, the cost of getting my windshield fixed with them was fair compared to other glass repair shops I’ve spoken with. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a windshield replacement.

Details: These guys replaced my van windshield almost immediately after I’d called with flexible schedules and frequent communication. They noticed a chip in the corner of the brand new windshield as they finished installing - something I might not have seen if they hadn’t pointed it out - and insisted that I hold my payment and let them come back the following day to replace it again with a completely perfect windshield. They did an amazing job. This kind of integrity isn’t everywhere. I highly recommend them for anyone needing auto glass service.

I highly recommend All Safe Auto Glass. They were professional from the moment I called through to the service I that I received when they replaced my windshield. I loved working with this company! I called for a quote and got to talk to a person, not a machine and price they quoted me at was exactly what I paid, no additional charges/fees (also a great price compared to the other places I called). I wasn’t sure if I had heated windshield wipers, so they got my car info and called the dealership so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. They came out to my house and were done in less than 30 mins. I hopefully won’t need another windshield replaced soon but if I did I would call them again!

I got a new windshield replacement today on my Honda and couldn't be happier. They were quick,professional,courteous and the replacement maybe took about 20 minutes. They also came out to my place of employment so I didn't have to leave work early or anything like that. It's my understanding that this is a local business..well I can confirm that their prices are reasonable in my opinion. I would definitely call and get a quote from all safe first before going elsewhere.

Rick and Ryan was excellent! They kept in contact with me to let me know where they was and when they would be on the way . Very nice men. They came and replaced my windshield quick and smooth. My windshield had some serious chips and a top to bottom crack. All Safe was able to coordinate an appointment and order the glass all over text with me, which was great as I was working and couldn't talk on the phone. The next business day, they were out here changing the windshield! Rick and Ryan were friendly, professional, fast, and kind to my son (who wanted to watch and ask questions the whole time). I highly recommend them!

Cannot recommend All Safe Auto Glass enough! They were great to work with and so easy to communicate with. From the first time I called, Clayton stayed in communication with me until my windshield was replaced. They quoted the best price and were able to come out to my workplace in 2 days to replace it.
