Johnny was my tech. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about his job, tools and products. Never had I encountered such professionalism with an employee of any company. He arrived at my home and called me upon arrival as requested. Then briefed me on what his plan of action was going to be verbatim as to what he actually did. While observing what he was doing we had friendly conversations about how I came to find his company and after my drugged out explanation i let him know that this company sounded too good to be true so i did some investigations to read up on this company to include reading an abundance of reviews to which I only encountered 2 or 3 negative ones for some bogus explanations. Don't read them unless you want a good Karen chuckle. When Johnny was complete with the install he cleaned the windshield off to where it looked like he never even installed one. That's clean. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs it. I contacted multiple places to get quotes and Auto Glass Fitters was the best deal. Johnny came right to my apartment to replace my windshield on my car. He worked quickly and efficiently. Through every interaction that I had with him, he was so polite and helpful; he answered all my questions and was very understanding about my concerns. This is the worst company to get your glass repaired at. They changed my passenger side window, and now the auto doesn't work and I cannot roll my window down from my drivers side!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING SAFE LITE...THE JOB WILL GET DONE CORRECTLY! Also, when I called to talk to a supervisor after the second time they came out here, VIOLET WAS VERY RUDE AND KEPT PUTTING ME ON HOLD WITH OUT WARNING!!!!!

I think that this service is over rated I don't understand why this company would warrant their work, if they work gets worse after the services, if the solution consists of buying a new windshield and you pay for it. What is the warranty for. I'm just saying💁🏽‍♀️ …

They replaced my XC90's windscreen. First install did not match. I called to remedy the issue and at a snap, they were on it and replaced it with the matching one. No issues. I just called and they took care of me.
