I am new to the area and had no idea who to contact about a side window replacement that I needed done pretty urgently. I found Super auto glass's information online and contacted them. They were extremely helpful, informative, and professional. They gave me an excellent quote and even offered to help with my side rearview mirror replacement if I was able to get the part before they came to fix the window. They sent me information on who would have the part available so that the process was as easy as possible for me. They came to my work where my truck was parked and the process was quick and easy and they made sure to check that everything was working properly before leaving. They were kind, helpful, and answered any and all questions that I had. I will definitely be using Super Auto Glass again in the future for any window repairs I may need!! Thank you for easing the stress that comes with having a broken window!

These guys are the absolute best gentleman ever. I was having a really hard time finding a place to replace my windshield through State Farm, they ended up referring super auto glass. I got a call about an hour or so after refiling the claim. Spoke with the manager, Philip, super amazing. They were able to send their guys out to me the next day (today) & have my windshield replaced in less than 30 minutes. I wish they did full auto care because I would absolutely bring my business to them for everything. Absolutely stellar service, I felt terrible I didn’t have cash on me to tip so all I have is my gratitude, thank you so so much!!

Great place to have new glass installed. These guys are professional, courteous and understanding. I say that, because my situation was a slight emergency. My window regulator broke and they were able to get the window up and get me by for a day or so until the new regulator arrived. They fixed a situation (in my book that was poor work from another glass installer) quickly. Extremely satisfied and will recommend to anyone needing auto glass services. I was greeted with nothing but kindness and accommodation at my inquiry call through the assistance of the technician coming to my home to do the service. I was asked what I would like, if I wanted Mobile or shop service, how I wanted to be contacted on the day of and a be ware that this may happen so possibleextra charge (which wasn't needed becausetech was so great). An extremely pleasurable experience. Kenny was fantastic and would work with again if I needed which is hopefully not anytime soon lol.

I had the owner come to put a quarter glass in my truck an I ask a few questions an he got mad an told me to find somebody else to put it in cause he didn’t like people questioning his work he told me he was going to just glue it in without putting the nuts back on the bolts like it was done at the factory an all I said was I want it done the way the factory did it that’s why he left but he has a unprofessional attitude and I would not refer that guy to know one

Every other company I checked with prior to talking with Phil told me a week to get my passenger rear door window replaced after a break-in, a week to a week and a half. Phillip Sr. & Phill Jr. had the glass delivered on the day I called them! Then, the next day before lunch, I was back on the road with a new window!!! They will get all of my glass work from here on. Thanks so much as I was on the road and going to Western NC after the replacement.

It’s hard to find great service and customer service with businesses nowadays but Super Auto Glass is a trusted and respected company. I’ve had several windshields replaced with these guys. Every time they are very professional, affordable and provide top quality service. I won’t go anywhere else to replace my windshield. They take care of individuals like we’re family. I refer everyone in need of a windshield to these amazing guys.

I am so pleased with service provided to me by Brent at SuperAutoGlass. They got me a same day appointment for my windshield replacement, it looks great, and they knocked it out in under an hour! It was also $80 cheaper than safelite and $220 cheaper than another glass shop local to me. I got a new windshield from these guys a few months ago. They had the best price and installation was great. Of course I had a rock hit my new windshield and went to see them for repair, it was a double rock strike which is a difficult repair. He did an excellent job and you can barely see it. He took a little extra time and it’s barely noticeable. Plus a discount for repeat customers! Highly recommend.!
