The very first time visiting Auto Glass Experts Hickory was to get a replacement for my rear left window. The environment is so bright, welcoming, calm and oh soooo clean. The waiting room is spacious and caters to everyone, especially if you have kids like I do. They have their mission, vision and values statements on their walls to remind you that they are the right place to service your vehicle. Nathaniel has the best, outstanding customer service EVER!!!!!!. Nate is kind, patient, a communicator and an advocate for Auto Glass Experts Hickory, NC. My window was replaced within 2 hours and a job well done. I left feeling like a top tier customer flying in First Class. Due to this experience I came back for a 2nd time to get a piece of rubber material placed on my window. Derrick was amazing and discussed the results of my services. I just want to say I love love this company!!! Sometimes my life can be so crazy as a single mom. I had an emergency and had to switch my location to have my windshield replaced…. My technician Derek went above and beyond. My windshield had plumbing caulk along the top were someone had attempted to keep the windshield from leaking and it was a mess!! He not only replaced my glass but cleaned all that old stuff off!!! He was so professional and quick!! I also have to give a shoutout to Nate! Awesome customer service! So polite and patient with all my questions and appointment changes!!! Such a great guy also!!! It’s so hard to find people who genuinely care about the service they are providing!! Came here last week to get my windshield replaced. Nate and Derrick were very helpful, did a spectacular job! They made sure my car calibrations were reading correctly even though I had computer error reading previous. They took the time and effort to research to see what could have causing the issue. They have a great warranty on the life glass work and have the best prices! I highly recommend going to them for any glass work that needs to be done! Thank you for your great work and service!

Auto Glass Experts is a very reliable and helpful company! I had my windshield replaced in November by them, noticed a cracked plastic piece of my rearview mirror a couple months later and Zuzu was quick to reply and fit me in to replace that part. Just this weekend I had a chip in my windshield and they were very quick to reply and take care of the chip for free due to my past issue with the cracked piece. Great customer service! I would not trust anyone else with your glass needs!

I was getting the run around from a (dealership) repair shops about my shattered sunroof. They even quoted me a price to be re-wired before they even looked at my sunroof. I happened to call Auto Glass Experts after hours, and I was very pleased with the way they communicated with me. Also they informed me about the repairs and cost of my sunroof after doing research on it. Side note my sunroof did not even me to be re-wired just the glass replaced. Thank you again

On a Friday, after lunch, I walked in to see when I might be able to schedule an appointment to have a chip/crack repaired in my windshield. I was pleasantly greeted by Katy. She offered to have it fixed right away, if I had the time. I did, and approximatley 30 minutes later the repair was complete and I was on my way. Katy checked in with me a couple of times to update me on the repair. Excellent service and repair. Thank you Katy for such a positive experience.

I had an unexpected, unintentional, desperate need for immediate care of which they serviced immediately with out a judgemental attitude. I had excellent customer and technical service from Auto Glass Experts. the online scheduling system still has some kinks, so call to verify your scheduling is my only advice. otherwise, if you choose to go through this company you will be met with friendly, helpful staff that do quick but quality work! a big thanks to the gentleman at Auto Glass Experts for my very satisfactory experience!
