Caliber Auto Glass

A very low caliber service. The story: In February I noticed a long crack running through my windshield. I put in a claim with Farm Bureau and they recommended Caliber. Caliber set up an appt, tech came out, fixed the windshield, the end. Except the next time it rained I noticed that my automatic wipers weren't working. I called Caliber and set up an appointment to get the issue looked at. When the tech came out he immediately realized the issue and told me he was so sorry, but he'd messed up with reinstalling the rain sensors. I said it wasn't a big deal and he told me the office would set up another appointment. They did, but they didn't bother to call me first about scheduling! So, obviously, I couldn't make that appointment. The next appointment I had to cancel. When I called them to set up another I was told they'd call me back. They didn't. I called again about two weeks later and was told again that they'd call me back. They didn't. I called AGAIN recently and the scheduler's phone messed up, so he had to hang up on me. We were finally able to get an appointment set up when he called me back. I was really hoping this appointment would be the last time I'd have to deal with them. NOPE. The tech came out this morning and after a bit of inspecting he told me that yes, the rain sensors hadn't been properly connected, but also their system had given them the wrong windshield!!!!! He said he wasn't sure why, but it was suggesting the wrong windshield even when he put in the VIN for my vehicle. So I've been driving around for 3 months with the wrong windshield and I still can't use my automatic wipers. This company is a mess. The techs are nice and I really don't blame them, but I very much blame the office. I will never be using Caliber again if I can help it. Look somewhere else to get your windshield fixed. Update: tech came out today (the day after my original review) and fixed the issue. I'm impressed with how promptly they scheduled a new appointment, but less impressed that nobody called me before they scheduled it. Luckily I was able to move some things around and make time.

William (Bill) did a great job. I am extremely particular about my stuff, bordering OCD and he took extreme care of my car. The cowl wiper and everything was taken off. He set the windshield precisely and was careful when removing it. Previously Alamance Glass scratched up my other car because they got in a rush and didn’t take the cowl off. Bill at Caliber was the total opposite. He took his time. To my surprise they performed the dynamic calibration at my house. As a part time pastor he was very friendly and talked to me as he worked. I would use them again.

I highly recommend Caliber Auto Glass. My windshield was badly scratched by faulty windshield wipers, road grit and sand, etc. and night driving was impossible with the glare and distortion from all sources of light. Jasin texted me well in advance with ETA and he was punctual, knowledgeable and personable. My car looks great and I have peace of mind now, knowing I can safely drive at any time, in any weather. All of the staff I dealt with answered my questions and were professional and insightful.

I got the windshield on my Mustang Mach E replaced Friday. Im horrible with names, but believe the technician's name is Reggie. He did an amazing job. Called early in the morning to let me know what was going on, called just prior to heading over, did the job quickly and efficiently, and possibly most importantly was very friendly and nice! Overall very pleased with the work that was done and the windshield looks better than it originally did! Great job!

They were very communicative during the whole process. From scheduling to the day of repair, I really appreciated the professionalism of Chris E. and the way he communicated when there was an unplanned delay on the original appointment. It was easy to re-schedule and they were thorough enough during the repair to where you couldn't tell they had touched the vehicle. I will definitely be using them again for both my work and personal vehicles.

My driver's door window was smashed by would be thieves on my 3 series BMW. Caliber Auto Glass made it extremely easy to schedule and did not try upsell me on services I did not need. Pricing was straightforward and less than half the cost of a competitor who proved to be quite annoying when I canceled. The job was done beautifully with good communication and cleanup of the mess from the broken glass. Strongly recommended.

Replacement of my windshield was excellent. I'm very satisfied. The Caliber Auto Glass web site led me to believe the shop was located near my residence and would be done in their bay. When I confirmed the appointment on the phone I was informed that the technician would be traveling to my location with mobile service. Otherwise the appointment went very well and the communication was great too.

Caliber just replaced the back glass on my Jeep and I couldn’t be happier. Their quote was lower than all others by over $100, and it was accurate. Fast appointment, technician was on time and friendly. He had my rear windshield replaced so fast and cleaned up like he was never there. I hope I don’t need to, but I would definitely use caliber again

The technician arrived and installed a new windshield on my car in a quick professional manner. He also answered questions I had about replacing the cowell around the hood/windshield and showed me how it was removed and re-installed with the windshield replacement.Friendly service. I definitely recommend them.

Great experience from start to finish! The scheduling process was easy, the technician arrived as planned and he was professional and friendly! The job took under a half and hour and done well. We will be highly recommending Caliber Auto Glass to everyone!
