Western Carolina Auto Glass

Made a claim a month ago. Called repeatedly and they would not answer the phone. Finally after a month I drive to their shop and try to get service. He tells me to find another glass shop and refuses to fix my glass, causing me to have to call my insurance to find someone else to fix it. Rude, lazy, there were 6 men there none working. Incompetent and has a bad attitude. Do not spend your money here. Use Safelite 24/ hours and my windshield will be here. Then it will be fixed within the week. Going here is throwing good money away.

Western Carolina Auto Glass is awesome! We are a one car family, which means I needed to wait there while my windshield was replaced. They did a great job. My wait was much shorter than was expected. Fair pricing and honest service as compared to the major chains that do shoddy work. The manager even vacuumed my air vents for loose glass and even offered to give me a ride home while my car was being worked on. Highly recommended, honest business. Quality work.
