Auto Glass Now

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Don’t ever go to this shop for getting a window installed. Chevy dealership had them replace my back windshield. They left shards of glass everywhere in my new 2023 truck. I have a one year old and her car seat was in the back of the truck and they still didn’t care to clean up the shards of glass that they left everywhere in the truck. I think it’s worth mentioning that they most definitely noticed that an infant rode in this truck because they took the time to uninstall her car seat and move it to the front of the vehicle. There were scratches on my hardtop cover and there was shards of glass everywhere in the back of the bed. The rear window must have been sledge hammered out because of how much glass went to the front of the truck and the back. I mean it was everywhere. I took it up with my dealer that subcontracted this company and they took the issue into their hands and cleaned it up. This place just didn’t leave a mess but caused property damage to my hard cover and left an unsafe area for my daughter. I don’t think they understand how much of a liability this can be on their hands. DONT EVER SHOP HERE FOR GLASS NEEDS UNLESS YOU WANT ISSUES WITH THEM. Run away fast. I can’t believe someone can leave broken glass and not clean it up for the customer. It’s unbelievable what kind of work they did and left. Pictures below

I recently had an incredible experience at Auto Glass Now on Bragg Blvd in Fayetteville. My 2012 Honda Civic EX had a chip in the windshield that unfortunately spread, leaving me needing a full replacement. After doing a quick search, I decided to give them a try, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the manager and team took amazing care of me and my car. The manager was professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They worked quickly and efficiently, and when I got my car back, it felt like new again—my windshield was flawless! The attention to detail and level of customer service were unmatched. The young lady at the desk displayed good customer service and after that the SUV was ready. We paid for the vehicle and she handed the keys to us. After getting into the vehicle it wouldn't start, the horn started blowing and then the vehicle started and stopped by itself. The dashboard lights came on and went back off. After the technician came out, he says "we only removed the windshield and nothing else." We finally got the vehicle to stay on long enough to take it to a dealership,. They had to reprogrammed the vehicle. So, even though it was inexpensive to replace the windshield from them, but it cost us an extra $297. from the dealership. Will I suggest this company to friends and/or family, no not unless they have an older vehicle that is not sensitive to having a windshield replace. They are not familiar with programming vehicles!

The team at auto now is friendly, respectful, FAST, & professional. Our service member called me out twice to show me things on my car that were not “right” prior to starting his work so that I would be aware of issue which may arise and I truly appreciated that honesty/communication. Plus, you CANNOT BEAT THE PRICE!! $70 cheaper than Safelite & $100+ cheaper than American glass. I waited a week to post this review to make sure the work held up and I am nothing but impressed. Even had it tested during a strong strong thunderstorm already. Only critique I have is to make sure you are able to call the business and make sure they can get your glass in in time for your appointment.

The place was not made for long waiting periods they told me an hour I got there early they made me wait until my appointment.( no problem) the chairs were hard as heck the lady at the front desk was very unprofessional she was bragging about her reviews being bad but her productivity was good so it didn’t matter. Then it took them 2 and a half hours on my car and nobody said anything they just leave you sitting there bringing people in and out right in front of you The lady had on slippers and sweat pants she had her music up loud. My Aunt asked for a drink machine they didn’t have anything for long waiting periods . The work was decent but the place was horrible

Quality work, but terrible time estimates. There is zero respect for your time. They quote 1 hour, but typically it takes 2 to 3 times as long. My advice is to triple the length they estimate it will take. If they apologized for the inconvenience or got ahead of the problem by rescheduling people who are coming in, expecting their appointments to be honored, it would help. But I observed one call after another, and one person come in after another who were confirming appointments or coming in to drop off their car, and were not warned their appointment time would not be honored.

I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because I didn't end up going with their services so I'mnot sure what their quality looks like. However, I love the fact that they did reach out and call me in regards to a replacement quote I did on their website. There aren't alot of places that usually reach out for something like that and it just really made them stand out in my mind. The woman who called (I don't remember her name) was also very polite and respectful.

Do not recommend if your in serious need of assistance. The female worker had me on the phone for 35 minutes and I was on hold for 20 of those minutes just for her to tell me they didn't have the parts. I called Beasley Auto Glasswork they came to me the next day. Beasley's did great work had great customer service and they're quick. They also have a contact with the same parts company. I had my windshield replaced yesterday and was extremely impressed with the service I received. The team was fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They made the entire process smooth and hassle-free, and the quality of work was excellent.
