I had a cracked windshield, I let my insurance recommend who would repair and they set me up with All Safe Auto Glass. Clayton called me on the weekend and on a holiday. I was impressed. I wanted a Toyota windshield and he explained to me that he would have to get it approved. Never once did Clayton not stay in touch with me. Once the windshield came in they came out to my job and installed the windshield. Excellent job! Then another company had to come out to calibrate the camera. We had some issues with the calibration, again Clayton stayed on top of everything. He called the dealership and made an appointment for me, I took my car dropped it off and even the dealership had an issue with the calibration, but Clayton handled everything. I picked my car up and everything was perfect. I have never had someone help me from start to finish like Clayton did. I highly recommend this company. I was very nervous when my windshield cracked across. I looked up highly recommended windshield replace.I saw the review how the women are treated well. I was still unsure, I had contacted other people. I kept calling back and force with Clayton, he was still kind and kindly address any concerns with me. I received quotes from 6 previous companies before settling on this one and am glad I went with All Safe Auto Glass. The employee I spoke with on the phone was very nice and he quoted a reasonable price (including one for paying with card and one for cash). He said they could fit me in the next day, right after noon. Rick and Ryan arrived around 12:50 and were finishing up around 1:20. They both were very nice and professional, and work very efficiently. I would definitely use this company again if needed, and would recommend them to others. My experience with this business was amazing! A few days ago, the back windshield of our van was completely shattered. A branch fell while we were on the road. We called around a few places but this business could do it cheaper and had great reviews. The gentlemen that came to replace the windshield were quick, polite, and even patient enough to wait a few minutes on me to pay them in full. They were very upfront with prices and didn't have any kind of hidden fees. They even cleaned out most of the glass that shattered into the back of the van! We live in Concord and if you're nearby needing to replace your windshields, this is the place to go to!

This locally owned company is amazing! They were hands down the most professional and accommodating company that I was in contact with during this process. Had to have a new windshield put in my truck and called a few other places but nobody would answer the phone seems like everything is going to online setup, not with all safe. Talk to Clayton over the phone got everything set up fairly quick guys came out within a few days and had my windshield installed. It means a lot when the technicians are very courteous and knowledgeable of the job. Definitely very happy with the overall job from installation to customer service. Shopping local is the way to go. These guys are amazing! The fixed my front passenger window after someone busted it out while I was at work. My window looks and works great, they are great at what they do! They also have great pricing, and they work fast! They cleaned the glass out of my car for me, and were extremely kind. Best of all they knew I didnt have anywhere to store my car, and it was supposed to be raining the rest of the day, so they made sure to come out before so my car wouldnt get rained in. I couldnt have picked a better place to fix my window!

I scheduled to have my glass replaced. 2 gentleman arrived by the names of Ryan & Aiden. They were very professional and knowledgeable of my damages. There mobile which is a great service they offer! Came right to my home, which is awesome for people afraid to drive with damaged glass!! I definitely would refer them and reschedule with when needed. Really appreciate their quality service. Clayton tried hard to find the quarter window parts for my aged Toyota car. Rick and Ryan went beyond to vacuum the broken glass shards in the car, and did a great job finishing up everything in an hour.
