I came here based on a recommendation to have a windshield replacement done on my '16 Mazda SUV. Let me start by saying this experience honestly exceeded my expectations. TLDR: Excellent customer service, best price in the area, faster service time than quoted. The phone call: I called for a quote, the young lady on the phone was polite and let me know my out the door cost and it was over $100 less than anyone else had quoted me. I scheduled my appointment for the very next morning and she made sure I had the correct address and told me it's a yellow and red building (a helppful description, as the building is a little hidden from view from the main street depending which direction you come from). The visit: When I came in for my appointment, my car was taken back within 10 minutes of me arriving (I was 1 of 3 customers there as soon as they opened, so the vehicles were taken back by order of checkin). The young lady, Allie, got everyone checked in, let me know I could stay there and work on my laptop and provided the wifi info. I was originally quoted about 2-3 hours, but they had my car done in an hour and 15 minutes. Allie checked with all of us that were waiting a couple times to give status updates and make a bit of conversation. She had one of the best customer service personalities I've seen in quite some time. We took care of payment just before she pulled my car out for me, and my out the door price was exactly what was quoted on the phone the day prior. The windshield: So far, I see no cracks or signs of leaking. Allie advised that it shouldn't be pressure washed for a few days, so as long as the windshield holds up, this review stays 5 star.

Poor services , rush through their job need to slow down so they can properly do their job. I had went to Mike’s because my car were broken into I have a Dodge Charger , Mike’s replaced my rear vent window then I noticed my door couldn’t open no more after they repaired my busted window, so I had to go back to Mike’s 3 times total because my door had just stop opening and closing after they service my window, so eventually the 3rd time I went the lady who answers the phone and take your cash for Their service’s finally stated I have to take my car to dodge because it’s nothing else they can do but give me my money back and take back their window they replaced I was confused , I called another glass repair company they told me to pull up and took apart my door panel and saw all the glass that Mike’s services did not vacuum out correctly. If you ever need to repair any glass for your automobile, this is the place to go! There was an incident that damaged my right passenger window ; literally no glass everything was shattered. I went on a Monday around 7 and it was closed. I went looking around other places the next day and no one would repair it on the same day and some said it has to go thru insurance. I decided to go back to Mike’s and a women (forgot her name) greeted me right away, helped me out and gave me a quote of how much it would cost, and that they can fix it right away. I believe the pricing is good compare to other places and how it literally took them about an hour and 30 minutes to fix it. Went out to eat and came back and it look like nothing ever happened to my window. I don’t know about weekends what time they closed but I went on a Tuesday and they close at 2. 100% recommend this business!!!

This glass repair shop is the absolute best! From customer service to prices and quality work! Rocks from a passing truck cracked my windshield and Mikes price was just right! My insurance quoted me $453.00 to have it replaced through Safelite and that was not in my budget! I called mikes on 6/22 made an appointment for 6/24 at 10:30am. I dropped my car off and it was ready by 1pm. The young lady in the office was kind and provided great customer service. The price was almost $200 cheaper than Safelite and this is a small business that’s providing quality services without all the extra fees. I will recommend Mikes to all my family and friends if a need arises.

I was referred to Mikes auto glass today. They were the only place that had my window in stock and able to repair the same day. Unfortunately, my car was broken into and glass had my door jammed so they weren’t able to repair as expected. The customer service was so good that the lady helping me went out and taped my window (knowing I wasn’t spending any money with them) for me so I wouldn’t be cold while I drove to the auto body repair place. She was so helpful and made such a bad morning way better. 100% recommend just based off customer service alone! Thank you to that angel who helped me this morning.

Very pleased with mikes auto glass and their services, I’m visiting from West Virginia, and woke up Sunday morning, with a tree fallen on my vehicle, busted both my windshield and rear glass! Not only did they answer their phone listed in their main lines message on a Sunday morning, quoted me a great price and got me first thing Monday morning! Their price was lowest compared, and they were very friendly and helpful! I wish I caught the front desk woman’s name, but she was amazing as well! Very helpful and polite! Definitely recommend to anyone!

Absolutely great... BEST PRICES IN TOWN!!! And I shopped around before coming across this blessing! Customer service is excellent there prompt. Had a little issue were I needed extra clips, they went pick them up didn't charge me extra or anything. And I would have gladly paid. Especially for the price they were already charging me. They were great! I had a rear passenger window completely smashed in and they were able to fit me in quickly and fixed it in about an hour and a half. Good prices too, they were slightly cheaper than the quote I got from Safelite. It’s easiest if you call ahead and make an appointment, they were pretty busy (I had an appointment) and that way they knew ahead of time which window they needed to order to have ready. Wonderful service! I called the shop and explained that I needed a front windshield replacement since we had a crack the size of a dollar bill on the driver side. The young lady was friendly and quickly gave us a quote over the phone based off of our vehicle make and model. We made an appointment the next day and the process to replace our front window took about 2 hours. Had a crack spread all the way across my windshield, come time to replace it I'm looking for price options and Mikes blew everyone else out of the water! They also got me in and out in just an hour and 15 minutes, windshield looking brand new! Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful and was helping everyone in a timely manner, even with it being busy!
