I was first impressed by Lori (or Laurie?) who took my initial call and worked with my insurance company to ensure coverage. She also checked my vehicle in at the Freedom Drive location. She is sincerely polite and professional, and very knowledgeable. The site itself is clean with a comfortable waiting area and clean restroom. I was offered a cold bottle of water upon arrival. I was informed that the windshield replacement with calibration could take up to 4 hours, so I was pleasantly surprised when the job was completed in half that time. While I had no interaction with the gentleman who performed the work, he did an excellent job in ensuring it looked like a factory original install, with all of the ADAS working as designed. The inside and outside of the windshield as well as the cabin were clean with no evidence that any major work had even been done…Perfect…. If you need a windshield repair or replacement, I highly recommend Auto Glass Now….

I submitted an online information request on a Friday & five minutes later, I received a phone call from the most polite & helpful young lady (Jasmine). She reviewed my needs & quickly gave me a very affordable quote. I needed to wait a few days to get access to my car, so I wasn't ready to book the appointment just yet. Jasmine let me know that the quote would be good when I was ready. A few days later, I called & spoke with Lisa, who was also super friendly & professional. I last spoke with Lori a little later. While she didn't have any available appointments this day, she did permit me to have my car towed to the shop to be kept overnight as she had an appointment for 8am the next day. That was a big help to me. My new windshield replacement was done pretty quick & looks great! I'm glad that the "other" place never felt they should put a live person on the phone. 🫥 Auto Glass Now has superb customer service! I'll recommend them anyday!

Wow! I have not given many reviews before, but this is an easy one. I showed up without an appointment Tuesday morning and let Ms. Lori, know I needed a miracle. I was out of town on business and the back window of my Mitsubishi Outlander was completely broken. From the moment I walked through the door I knew I had chosen the right place. Ms. Lori got on the phone immediately and was able to locate the glass within minutes. The glass supplier was right down the road, so they were able to get the new glass very quickly. Mr. James, the lead technician, was able to fit me in almost immediately and had the glass replaced (it seemed to be just a few minutes). The price was incredible also! In all my years of business I have never found such "professional" and kind people. It was truly a blessing. In my moment of stress and need the Lord Jesus Christ led me to the best auto glass place in all of North Carolina. cl

From the phone call to inquire about my replacement windshield to the finished product, I was confident I chose the right place! The person I spoke to added my insurance company to the call to verify and set everything up and then explained all the details for my appointment, including estimated time for the windshield to arrive. I received a text the day before to remind me of the upcoming appointment, which gave the option to reschedule if needed. The technician came out to my place of work and was professional and timely with his work. I felt that everything went as smooth as possible and I won't hesitate to reach out for any further needs.

I was visiting from out of state for the holidays and my vehicle was broken in to. My back window was busted out. I contacted safelight and they couldn't get to me for 3 days and wanted to charge me almost $700 to replace my windows. Auto Glass Now contacted me that same day and was able to get me in that same day and charged me less than $300 to replace my window with the exact same factory tint and vacuumed all the glass out of my car. They were very welcoming and professional. They warranty and stand by their work. I was able to make it back home to Virginia that day without freezing from a busted window. Definitely recommend them!!

Great customer service. I received a quote online but did not enter my VIN so the cost was significantly more due to the necessary recalibration for my windshield. Although this was frustrating, it wasn’t anyone’s fault and I appreciate the employees explaining everything to me. They were able to take care of my windshield and recalibration the same day. I appreciate the discount & the actual repairs took a little over an hour. Will recommend to anyone that needs service for glass. Thank you! My only tip would be to have a water station in the office for folks waiting :)

I received a text regarding the visit, price and an appointment. However, when I arrived they pulled my vehicle into the bay and I was called to the counter and told that they did not have my window in stock and that they could not get it. I shared with the attendant that I received a text with confirmation of my appointment left to believe the vehicle wind shield would be repaired. Make sure you confirm with the location that they have your glass in place prior to going to the location, do not go by the text that they send you.

Had them replace my windshield, but wasn't expecting to take it back several times. the installer had broken the rear view cover and the overhead buttons were pushed up into the console. There was adhesive residue around the top of the windshield and the ceiling liner was not tucked back. The installer made excuses why it wasn't right and even tried to use double sided tape to fix an air leak issue. Fortunately the manager made it right by replacing it all with a new windshield.

I was contacted immediately after requesting an online estimate. Communication was great as the process and cost were explained completely. I was given an appointment within 2 days. The appointment was on time and my windshield was replaced within an hour. My car was road tested for the windshield calibration. Overall, the price was reasonable and the experience was excellent. No damage was done to car. I highly recommend this location.

Went to the freedom drive location. Me and several other people they were told the incorrect time about their appointment. My appointment was at 8am. I was the first customer there. But two other customers arrived after me and left before me. I wasn't given a notice as to why that happen. The young lady behind the desk had a stern demeanor about herself. But luckily, the tech that worked on my vehicle was informative and diligent.
