Our windshield got cracked by a rock while we were driving on the highway, so it was in need of repair. I called my favorite bossy shop, bit they didn't do windshield repair, so they recommended this place. If the crack is bigger than the size of a credit card, the crack can't be repaired and the windshield has to be replaced. They can do repairs the same day, but you need an appointment to get it replaced so they can order the glass. They will give you a quote over the phone and it was way cheaper than other places which was really nice. Our experience with their customer service was not good. We made an appointment and when we showed up for it, they decided to tell us they didn't have the glass. They couldn't remember who they ordered it from and they didn't call us ahead of time to tell us they didn't have it. We made a new appointment for a week later. The day before that appointment, they called to tell us they didn't have the glass even though we were told they ordered it. They seem to be very unorganized because when they talked to the person that made the appointment, they had ordered it and did have the glass, but no one wrote it down. When we got there for our appointment, we had to wait 45 minutes for them to start working on it. I'm not sure why they do appointments if they don't use them appropriately. The waiting area is not nice. It's not finished and it's not a real room, so it's fairly exposed to the temperature outside. The bathrooms also weren't nice. All in all, they did a good job and the price was good. If you are willing to put up with bad customer service, then I would recommend this place.

ZERO!! Be careful! Very Unprofessional and Very Rude! Asked if I could drop off my vehicle and pick it back up after work. The rep assured me my car would be locked up and safe. Picked up following day around 4pm to find my passenger side taillight busted! I was told “It was fine when we pulled it into the garage” Was not given any official documentation at drop off, just a price quote print out NO letterhead. Long story short they took NO responsibility for the damages! I called police to make a report. As I attempted to settle the bill the rep handed me the official check in documentation dated the day before which I refused to sign. They parked my car towards the main highway in the lot instead in the back away from possible harm. The taillight is cracked on top of the assembly and I also noticed later on that they broke the rear view mirror cover as well. There was clearly several mistakes made by the techs (Possible homeless techs that had “Homeless, Anything Helps” signs on work station! Are they even insured to work there?) The fact that they wouldn’t fess up speaks volumes about the people and service of this “establishment” they are careless and will not take accountability for your vehicle! Til this day I have yet to be contacted or compensated for the damages they caused to my car….DO NOT entrust your car to these people. Finally, I also mentioned that the techs spilled whatever adhesive they used on my car. The rep said to bring my car back after it dried so they could scrape it off…. If you want a really bad unprofessional experience, look no further than Auto Glass Now. Got a mobile install for my s2000. The guy seemed nice at first but as soon as he got to work he was muttering constantly, cursing under his breath like he was having a really hard time doing the job. After a while I heard a really loud racket and came out to find him working a power scraper on my car to loosen the old glass. Surely this is not a standard method. He damaged the plastic trim inside the car and scraped the paint under the plastic cowl. Probably he hoped I would not notice since it is covered up when done. But I saw and that now bare metal will have to be fixed to prevent rust. For my car, part of the windshield is a rubber trim piece that is part of the windshield. When he was done, the corners did not sit flush with the frame. He assured me that eventually these would settle and look right. It's been a month and no change (see pic). He's probably still laughing about that one. When finished and he was gone, he had left dirt and debris all over my interior. Quite a mess. Completely unacceptable. Adding insult to injury, after I called and paid with my credit card, my bank app showed me that they charged a higher amount than I was quoted. The lady on the phone literally confirmed the amount and then charged a higher amount. This is theft and I will be pursuing action against them. Completely unacceptable.

I had a pleasant experience with Mrs. Bonnie. Due to technical error on another young lady (not sure of her name) the window that was installed wasn’t what my car called for. However they were nice to keep that one on because it fit just wasn’t the correct window due to my window needed to be calibrated. They were nice enough to keep that window on for a week to let the glue settle and replace it with the correct window. However, the day I rescheduled to put the correct window on it didn’t happen. They told me they were behind and wouldn’t get to me. Mrs Bonnie the delight she was, was able to schedule a travel specialist to come out the next day between 9am and 4pm to complete correct window installation. Derek was knowledgeable and very fast. He kept me updated on every step. When he was done he told me everything I needed to know and was very personable. I can’t remember the other guys who put the first one on. They were very nice and knowledgeable because if it wasn’t for them I would’ve never known that it was the wrong window. I would recommend. I only had one bad hiccup. I don’t count the wrong window being their fault, just not keeping my appointment on time and the same day. However, they fixed it by coming to me and made up for my gas and time. Love Mrs. Bonnie she was very understanding. Because I was as well and came with a great attitude even tho I was upset.

Listen when I tell you, run don't walk to use Auto Glass Now for all of your auto glass repair needs. Derek assisted me today with replacing my windshield that had a large crack in it and he was the nicest, most professional guy I have met in a long time. So friendly and so efficient. He came to my apartment complex, called me beforehand and upon arrival. He replaced my windshield so quickly, and I watched him complete this task step by step, which gave me the confidence to know my windshield was properly repaired. Although he is quick, he is good at his job and he is thorough. He never made me feel like I was bothering him while chit chatting with him as he worked. If you need your windshield repaired please use Auto Glass Now and ask for Derek. The woman who also helped me with my claim and to make my appointment was also pleasant and super helpful. Unfortunately I cannot recall her name. All around just a pleasant experience using this company and I would 110% use them again if needed.

Just had my son’s windshield replaced a few days ago by Auto Glass Now and had a wonderful experience! The lady in the front office (sorry, I don’t remember her name) was very friendly and accommodating. I was about 15 minutes late for my appointment but she had the technicians to take my car in immediately. They replaced the windshield in less than an hour! From my observation, the work appears to be neat, thorough and professional (so far no leaks, no issues). The price was very reasonable, especially having to pay out of pocket and after great discounts were applied. I would definitely use Auto Glass Now again (hopefully, I won’t have to :-) and highly recommend their services. God bless!

If i could give less than 1 star I would i had to reschedule an appointment with them 3 times after coming down to the facility and then not being prepared either they only have one technician and they couldn’t put the windshield on because the two people job. They don’t look at who is scheduled on their appointment list. The lady said no I don’t go through all the appointments which is very unprofessional. You need to know who is coming in and call ahead of time if you’re unable to to accommodate them instead of waiting until they arrive and cause a major inconvenience to them. She didnt even care to ask if she can reschedule me when she will have 2 technicians.

I recently purchased a 2005 Honda CR-V for work purposes. The windshield had a crack. I wasn't sure if the crack would be a problem, so the seller who had previously had work done by AutoGlassNow was kind enough to contact them on my behalf. My vehicle is located in Reidsville, NC and was in the US Postal Services parking lot. It took a few hours for the truck to arrive because they do a lot of remote repairs. When the truck arrived, I had a new windshield replaced in about an hour. The technician was efficient and very business like. I would recommend this company especially if you are in a relative remote location and need auto glass replaced.

Had my rear window replaced in Charlotte. My car was vandalized on an overnight stay. The guy used a Sawzall to remove what was left of my rear window. There was damage to the rear door trim under the window and bent the window frame. It was obvious the damaged was caused by the saw. Not only that a bag with grilling tools was missing when I got my car back. The guy was not very nice and pretty much threw my keys at me when he was done. I got a quote on the AGN website after a Hurricane windstorm in October. I then received a text offering me a better rate. Since this was my truck of which I don't drive often I waited a few months to go in to make an appointment. I was very happy with the service at the front desk and upon returning for my appointment it was timely and efficient. This was my second experience with this company with the first being many years ago at a location on South Blvd. Thank you for your service.....
