I'm very satisfied with the service I received. Lena was very kind and advocated for me. She was able to get original factory glass approved by the insurance company. This was very important to me. My overall experience was absolutely great. Thank you all for providing such an amazing customer service!!!

So I got my windshield replaced today. They did a super nice job of it. After I left they called me because they mistakenly put someone else’s windshield wiper on my car. I was quite a ways away but of course I turned around to get it switched. When I got there they fixed it. It was an honest mistake. I’m sure that doesn’t happen often. The guy who did it was so bothered by his mistake (I’m sure he was much like myself when making a mistake) that he gave me $20 out of his own pocket for gas! I didn’t want to accept because mistakes happen. It was just an honest mistake, but he wouldn’t take no for an answer. It takes a very high character person to do something like that. The gesture alone was enough to make my day/week because I did something similar like that 20 years earlier to a customer at a gas station I worked at. Go figure, I gave that person $20 too much back and after they returned I just let them keep it for the effort they took to drive back. Here it is 20 years later and it was payed forward to me! I had my son with me as well. He’s 11. It was a great teaching moment for him. Glad he got to see it. It’s nice to see that people like that still exist in the world! If that is the type of people that Carthage Auto Glass hires then I will forever be a customer. Please pass on thanks to the guy who did it and please tell him to never change! New to Pinehurst& windshield needed to be replaced. Ask our Insurance Agent who to use & she recommended Carthage Auto Glass. One call & their office quickly set up a date & time to do the job at our house. The two techs that come to the house on time, very polite & knowledable. 40 minutes later windshield installed, cleaned, car vacumed & they were on their way. Great job. I can't even put into words how much the ladies in the office helped me with my car window. My car is a base model which makes it not the standard type when it comes to windows. They searched until they found a window for my car, the techs came out the day the window arrived at their facility and the gentlemen that installed it were so very nice and knew exactly what they were doing. I can’t say enough good about these guys. I had multiple unfortunate events occur in a short period of time that caused glass damage to my vehicle. These guys went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of paying special attention to detail for all the work needing done and had me leave a happy customer! I am so appreciative of the service I received at Carthage Auto Glass. My rearview mirror suddenly came unglued and started dangling, providing an extremely unsafe driving experience. Carthage Auto Glass didn't have any openings today but worked me in anyway, and my mirror was reattached within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this company!

Great experience with this small local business. Will never even try to use Safelite again. If you can't call a business directly how can you trust them with your car? I could not get the local Safelite on the phone no matter how hard I tried EVERY attempt went to an automated system. Carthage Auto Glass hasn't forgotten the customer.
