While travelling from Canada to visit relatives in Apex, NC, my windshield was hit by a kicked-up stone and caused a chip. Thankfully it hadn't started to spread, but thought I'd better get it fixed before my return up north. So I searched autoglass repair near Apex, and was impressed with Apex Auto Glass' reviews. I was able to book a same-day appointment, and brought the car in. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant, and explained details of the repair. They took my car in, and in about a total wait time of 30 minutes, the repair was complete, to my complete satisfaction. I could hardly tell there was any damage at all! I was very happy with the friendly service from both the front desk, and the repair technician! All at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this business, and their service!

Exceptional Service – Highly Recommend! Apex Glass truly exceeded my expectations! What I can say? This is the best car shop I have ever visited. I have no insurance to cover the windshield replacement. They gave me a discount on top of a already seasonable price. They even provided 2 curtesy rides. The communication is straight forward and sincere, no sales tactics and tricks. It seems they know I am almost broke and helped me out with the best price I can find near triangle area. Now my Honda HR-V has a new glass just exactly the same as the original one. They say I should not wash the car in 3 days, I guess I will wait a week, even though they have a warranty for their work, but I'd better be careful to save myself some trouble to do it all over again.

Great place ! You won't believe how clean the store and shop are. I talked to Cristiano and Andres in the morning, and had a great conversation in the morning. I had my truck windshield replaced by Cristiano, who did an excellent job on my driveway - the guy really knows his stuff: he is a pro :-) Price was right on my ballpark, no surprises, which was also great. If it's raining, bring the auto to the shop; or they can come to you when it's not - there's no way for bring a tent lol (and the glue won't work on humid weather). I will always recommend the Apex Auto Glass. Don't hesitate to give them a call or stop by for all your auto glass needs.

My driver-side window was shattered due to a break-in :( Despite the situation, they immediately stepped in—inspected my car, contacted the vendor to check for glass availability, and even cleared the shattered pieces to make it safe for me to drive. They thoughtfully sealed the window with plastic wrap to protect against the weather. The very next day, they called to let me know the replacement glass had arrived. When I stopped by, I was happy to find they had a great conference room where I could continue working while they fixed the window. They made the entire process seamless and stress-free—couldn't have asked for better service!

Cynthia was amazing and very knowledgeable. Her customer service was way beyond my expectations and really think of what's the best options for the customers. She was great working with our insurance company and saved us a ton of time. Andres did an excellent job of replacing windshield and doing the final calibration. They tried their best to make us feel comfortable and took care of everything in terms of ordering/picking up the OEM glass and got the replacement/calibration done on the same day to make sure I have car to use. Quality work, very professional, awesome customer service and nice people. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Apex Auto Glass is absolutely amazing and they provide the highest quality customer service! I called shortly before closing one night to schedule a windshield repair. By the time, I arrived at 8am the next morning Andres knew more about my car’s history than I did! Just by a quick glance, he knew that the wrong glass windshield had been installed previously. I had no idea that it wasn’t the original windshield! He ordered the new windshield from Ford right after I called that night and had it scheduled for delivery by 9:30 am the next morning. Andres guided me through talking with my insurance company to help me get the best coverage. Insurance got approved and I was out the door by 12:30 with a completely new windshield with complimentary glass cleaner and air freshener in my car. Cristiano was the technician and he did an excellent job! My car looks brand new! Everyone at Apex Auto Glass was very friendly and took great care of me. I am incredibly thankful to them for attending to my car so quickly!
