I called these people to get price to install a broken window that was.broken while I went into store to pick up order I had called in. .when I got there the girl asked guy if he ordered the glass which he replied no..and then when she asked him for help ordering glass he told her not to bother him as he was having lunch....then they said they would order and would take hour..I asked them why they did not order when I called all while after I calling half hour earlier when I got price and said I on way .I was told that do yo u know how many people tell us that..i said not really and not my problem.I said i was coming and came..meanwhile i was soaking wet and car interior wet due to heavy winds and rain.Then a guy that had no business getting involved as he was not in any way r involved in transaction came in being the big man..i left there and went to Alec auto glass on elliot ave in Maspeth and even though he already working on 4 car windows took car immedilately and had glass installed in 30 mins and $10 less Just sharing my experience with Liberty glass..and the big man that had no right or cause to get involved.told ..d

Our driver’s side window would not go up after it was put down by a valet driver. Being from out of town and preparing for a really long drive we were worried that we’d have to drive in the cold with a window down. Liberty Auto Glass was highly recommended and I can see why. We pulled in and Roy gave the window a look. Unfortunately our driver’s side door would not open all the way and he suggested that we go to Maran’s down the road to see if they could get the door to open. We did just that and the door was able to be opened. We went back to Liberty Auto and our window was able to be put up! No more driving with the window down!! I asked how much I owed and was told that I didn’t owe them anything. Such great people and so willing to help three out of town women not freeze on the long drive home. I HIGHLY recommend these folks. Thanks again, Roy and crew.

WARNING! Had my windshield repaired by Liberty Glass at a Tesla Location in Brooklyn and they damaged the body of my car (Driver side fender) and used touch up paint to try to hide the damage they caused and then denied causing the damage. Will never deal with Liberty Glass again. Stay away at all costs! Shocked that Kat (the manager of a TESLA Dealership) would blatantly lie and try to cover something like this up. Karma will definitely catch up with you guys. Definitely stay away from Liberty Glass and this shady Tesla dealership! Showed up here today after Safelite nearby told me they could not get the vent glass shipped in till July 12th. Roy was nice enough to check and found the glass and had it delivered within a half hour. Another half hour for his amazing team to install it. Best experience I've ever had at an auto repair shop. Roy, I'm sorry I kept calling you George. George was the guy at safelite. It was a long day and I'm terrible with names. Thanks again for everything.ServicesAuto side window replacement

After the jokesters over at Safelight called me a few hours before my appointment to tell me they had the wrong window, I called Roy at Liberty. He had the rear window I needed and told me he could get the job done the same day. I was in and out of there in about an hour and they dealt directly with my insurance. Roy’s guy even vacuumed all the broken glass from my backseat and floor I really appreciated their work and I highly recommend them. Thank you.

I needed a new windshield. My insurance company referred me to Liberty Glass in Woodside. I dealt with Steve who made the process super easy. Very professional and great to work with. He ordered my glass and had me come in the next day to complete the replacement. Tito installed the windshield and was very professional. Great service from this company. Horrible communication, slow and stole my radar detector in my car and won't respond at all any further. They also said they calibrated my vehicle after replacing the glass but lied just to get me out of there and then have me come back the next day. I wasn't going to leave a review but when I noticed my radar detector was missing and they wouldn't respond, I made sure to.

Visited Liberty Auto Glass a week ago for an insurance-assigned windshield replacement. I was scheduled the very next day, no wait. From my initial call to them to my leaving the shop, it was a very good experience. Friendly staff and very nice work, clean and fast, no non-sense, no surprises. My car was ready in less than two hours. Highly recommended.

A terrible place, I do not recommend it to anyone, they sold me damaged-defective glass,one of the employees who changes the glass is just a rude man,the work was not done efficiently, scratched and spoiled the finish in the car, absolutely negative experience working with them!
