Always use them for my windshield replacements they do great clean work. I've never had a complaint, and they also recalibrate the cameras for the collision warning system

Came in yesterday to get a new mirror for my passenger door. Spoke to someone who told me they needed to order the part and agreed I would come in the next day when/if I could. Fortunately for me, I was able to find the part cheaper and get my car fixed quicker, and did my due diligence in calling the shop back not even an hour an a half later to say I no longer needed the part. I was told this was fine and I was thanked for considering them anyway. Now today as I am working, I am getting phone calls and text messages constantly that they have to part and need me to come in. As I cannot answer the phone, I simply texted back that I had already spoken to someone stating I no longer needed the part. I then receive a phone call from someone saying that I have stuck them with the part and now they cannot get rid of it. I have received over 10 phone calls from this shop. This would be considered harassment and if this is how they perform business I will no longer look to do business here.

I had an outstanding experience with Bill at Presby's Auto Glass! After needing a glass replacement, Bill went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He arranged for the replacement glass to arrive the Friday morning after Thanksgiving, which was impressive in itself. Not only that, but he called me as soon as it arrived to let me know. I brought my car in, and he had the job done in just one hour—talk about fast and efficient! On top of that, he charged me 1/3 of the price that other places quoted. Excellent service and reasonably priced. A sheet of ice fell through my back window on Friday morning during the last snow storm. I spent my morning trying to locate a shop that could fix my window before Monday. All other shops were giving me dates a week out. I called up presby’s and they said, they would squeeze me in Saturday morning. Next day, literally within 1 hour, I had a new back window. If your in a pinch and need your glass repaired quickly & professionally, THIS IS THE SPOT!

I’m absolutely impressed about the high quality car work . Infinity cars need special care . I took my car before to an American Muffler mechanic and they really mess up my car . Billy Bauer is a class act. The weather stripping on my wife's windshield had come loose and I stopped at Presby's assuming I needed a new part. Billy told me I didn't need a new piece. Just needed to be cleaned and reinstalled. Had me in and out when he easily could have taken advantage and said I need new parts. Honest all the way. Thanks Billy!
