At 12:15 AM, yesterday, ice, large enough to sink the “unsinkable” Titanic, slid off our house roof and scored a direct hit onto, and through the rear windshield of our 2004 Camry. By 2:00 PM the following day, Arrow Glass had the replacement windshield installed. The installer did an excellent job. He not only installed the new windshield, he completely vacuumed every bit of the shattered glass out of the rear deck, floor, and rear passenger seats. Arrow Glass submitted their bill directly to my insurance company, so not only didn’t I have to pay anything out-of-pocket, I didn’t even have to do any paperwork. Christine Monahan, at Arrow Glass, has been wonderful to deal with. She kept me informed and updated. I don’t know the name of the installer, but kudos to him for doing such a great, professional job. Thank you, Arrow Glass. I highly recommend your company. You’ve earned all five stars, in my book!

Not happy!!! I have a 06 tundra and was quoted $240 dollars for my windshield to be replaced not a bad price so I set it up, the technician shows up and asked me how I was paying I told him cash he then peals the top strip off the windshield and throws it across my driveway then tells me I can't do it cuz there's rust!!then tells me he can cut it out for an additional $50 and I myself could sand and prime it and he would return tomorrow and install the new one!! This struck me as though they didn't want to warranty there work!! I'm not a body shop and given the age of the truck I would think they would inform customers of this.i called the utica office and she told me the technician was doing me a favor!! Beware people!!!!! Should be upfront and honest not spring stuff on customers that can't afford dishing out extra money!!ServicesService not listed

Came here for windshield replacement, my windshield camera also needed to be recalibrated. Before even making an appointment I asked them if they would do the recalibration and they said that if they didn’t do it they would send it to a dealer to do it and they would cover the cost. I make the appointment, the service guy would came to do the windshield was rude and not very professional. Then I get to the dealer and they called me to tell me I’ll have to pay anything over $300. I called back and they said it was because of my insurance and I should just cancel the appointment then and find a cheaper dealer. I was already at my appointment. There was zero warning of potential payment. I specifically asked ahead of time to avoid this and to get a call when I was already at my appointment was insane.

Came out of work on Monday to my back window being shattered. I originally called safe light to have it fixed and was quoted almost $500. The tow truck driver from Skinners recommended Arrow Auto Glass to us and said they would help us out. We called late monday afternoon and they said they could be there the next afternoon. My window was fixed by 12:30pm tuesday, looks great, professional/polite worker, and they were great on the price since I had to pay out of pocket. Thank you so much for making this less stressful for me. I will be recommending you and will come back when I need to.

Sam from Arrow Glass came to my home to replace my windshield Tuesday morning and arrived at the exact time they said he would. He completed the job in 30 minutes flat and he reapplied the stickers for the inspection and registration perfectly. I highly recommend this company! Good morning… I just had a great experience. The technicians name was Bill. He was prompt, thorough and did a great job on my windshield. You’d never know that my windshield was replaced. He even put my stickers on perfectly!!! Thank you to Bill and Arrow Auto Glass. I will definitely recommend you to my friends😄

Excellent service, Service Tech GB was great, arrived on time (1/2 hr) travel for them to come to me. Quick service, afterwards explained cure times and what not to do. Price was way better than safe-lite same type of service.

Great people!!!! Lora didn't have to work and she did...had my girlfriends windshield fixed it looks great...got to meet her father Tom...great pricing great people and she made me feel comfortable and very friendly..

The work was rushed and when the seal broke And the mirror fell off they were just as rude the second time if not worse. Was unwilling to do anything further. I do not and will not recommend them
