I would like to strongly recommend this company for any glass repair. I beoke my rear window of my suv on last Saturday and after getting no help from my ins.company for a repair i searched and called cny auto glass. Garth the owner came to my location in lafayette and wrapped the window so it was safe to drive. He then got the new window on sunday and came this morning to put it in! All done in an hour and all cleaned up. Couldnt have asked for a better experience! What ever you do DONT CALL SAFELITE they wanted nothing to so with me and couldnt even schedule a repair before this Thursday ir Friday. Garth and his crew did an amazing job replacing the two huge windshields on our class A motorhome...outdoors and in the dead of winter!! He ordered the glass immediately, and the install took less than a day! I didn't realize that they would do the work at our location, so it was a welcome relief not to have to drive the RV on the snowy upstate NY highways.
