Perfectly named business! When the back windshield broke on my 2024 BMW iX, I took the first available appt w/ Safelite: 10 days out. A week later I got a text cancelling the appt bc the window was backordered w/no ETA. Dealership had no service appts for 3 weeks, and no back window - and I had no car. I called First Class in desperation and Mike took care of everything. He called my insurance company and got that sorted, he called all over to find the window and although we still had to wait a long time, he kept me apprised on what was happening and what the timeline would be. He installed the window perfectly on a bitterly cold day, as neatly as possible. I could not be more grateful that I found First Class Auto Glass. Look no further, Mike is a professional who takes pride in his business and a job well done.

Having a problem with the Rear Glass on my 2007 Chevy Tahoe, State Farm Insurance recommended First Class Auto Glass. Mike was a gentleman and had to make 3 visits before the installation was complete. Keeping in mind, the first 2 visits were not his fault. The aftermarket glass would not allow the rear hatch on my truck to close correctly. After some leg work and multiple telephone conversation with the insurance carrier he was able to get the OEM glass authorized and kept me informed during the whole process. What can I say, 3rd time was a charm and with the correct glass he had it installed in under 15 minutes and on his way. Kudos to you Mike! We highly recommend First Class Auto Glass. Mike is a quality person. My father had a leak that he thought was coming from his windshield. He called the competitor that we all see on TV and they gave him a very large quote to replace the windshield. My dad called First Class Auto and Mike diagnosed that the leak was likely not coming from the windshield but that the sun roof drains were probably clogged. He was correct. Mike was very kind and saved my father a lot of money. The other company would have taken his money, changed the windshield and not have solved the problem. This is why we should patronize an independent business that cares about their customers. Thank you Mike!!!

Mike is a top notch professional - very friendly, courteous, quick, neat and efficient. He was very communicative when there were delays with my windshield and kept me well informed. He was very flexible and even offered to come to my job (if I, or my car, wasn’t home) to do the replacement. Mike was great! He did all the "heavy" lifting in terms of contacting my insurance company and making it painless for me. He tried to get me the best price for a factory windshield as well. Very pleased with how little effort I had to put into this. He was also very friendly and very quick-- came right to the house to install. Mike was extremely helpful and friendly!! Great customer service and Great communication. He went the extra length to make sure my car was clean of all the shattered glass. He was timely. He also repaired my glass very quickly, but took his time making sure he did it correctly. Very efficient. I would recommend this company and Mike to anyone needing a repair for i am sure they will be in good hands and be left more than satisfied with their business conducted.

I won't trust anybody else with any of my car windows again. We had some rain following the replacement on my front window; and I was concerned that some water may have been getting in. I asked Mike to take a look at it a few days after initially installation and without hesitation came by my home to do some tests to make sure all was satisfactory.
