LOOK NO FURTHER! This place is fantastic! Had something hit my windshield while i was driving and it completely shattered it. I called several places and wasn't satisfied with the prices. Was about to go to Safelite, but all their google reviews were horrible. As a last ditch effort I just emailed Richmond Auto Glass on a Saturday evening for a quote and Craig responded within minutes. He gave the lowest quote out of all the other companies (even Safelite) and said he can replace the windshield on Monday morning. We set up the appointment and dropped off my car Monday morning. After a couple of hours I got a call from the tech saying that my car was ready for me to pick up. When i got there I inspected the windshield and all look perfect and the I paid the exact price I was quoted. I waited 6 weeks to leave a review because I wanted to make sure that all was well with the windshield and that no leaks had formed. I really applaud this place for not taking advantage of people when they most vulnerable. Everyone that worked there was kind and friendly. They will have my business should I ever need another windshield!

I had a water leak in my car (front and back rugs were soaked) I needed to find a glass place because I thought my passenger side window needed replacement. I left a message off hours for someone to contact me. I received a call immediately and was able to bring my car in. Craig assessed the problem and assured me that my window didn’t need to be replaced. After inspecting the car, Craig and his employees cleaned out all the debris from the sun roof and door drains, checked and cleaned windshield seals, removed glue from old tinted windows, checked and cleaned all entry points where water can enter the car. I couldn’t believe the work and time they put in to make sure everything worked properly. Craig was up front with me from the beginning. There were no surprise fees. His price was very reasonable and ensured me that if I had any problems just bring the car back. I am extremely happy with his service. I highly recommend Richmond Auto Glass. My daughters 2008 infinity g35 was leaking water from what I thought was the door rubber n seals. Read some really good reviews on this place and decided to place the call. Once I spoke to the guy on the phone right away I knew I called the right place. He was very knowledgeable about the Situation and knew right away what the issue was. Brought it in to him. He told me it’s the sun roof Chanels that were clogged up n even demonstrated it so I can see what the issue was. Said to bring it in the next day early Bc he was all booked up n I called prior to closing time. It was about to rain and he was nice enough to tape it so it won’t leak. Next day he fixed the issue within couple hours. I highly recommend this place for all your window needs. Give them a call and you’ll send everybody you know there as well. When my car window was smashed by someone I was frustrated and mad. But calling Richmond glass made the whole process of replacing the glass a breeze. The phone was picked up at the first ring. Toni was a delight to work with. He gave his cell phone number to send the picture of the window and within 10 min I got a quote which was the best price from anywhere. The next day morning his staff came to the house and installed the glass exactly at the promised time. I was kept in the loop at all times with perfect communication at all times. When I later realized that the insurance will pay for the glass Toni was more than accommodating in helping me getting a refund from the insurance. Here is a small business that deserves all the accolades that they are getting. Use them and you will not be disappointed.

What an awesome company! I mainly dealt with Craig and he offered amazing customer service and great communication. Everything was done so quickly and even when an obstacle came up (more because of me), he rectified it immediately without a problem. Which I was afraid might have been. Pricing was reasonable and fair. I was pleased with the job that was done with my mirrors. Everything installed and works fine. I would definitely go back to them again if I ever need services like this because nothing beats hassle free customer service. Never rude, nasty or challenging. UPDATE: The number they had on file WAS correct. They never called me back and someone tried after I posted the review. No thank you. I had messaged them and requested a quote for my truck, they did have the best price BUT the associate I was chatting with said they had "ordered" my windshield and that it would get to them by the day of my appointment, which they said they were going to call me that day to confirm they had my windshield and what time I could come in for that day. Well it's been well over my "appointment" day and no one ever called to confirm, to let me know if they had it, ask me to come in or nothing. So we are back to researching other places.

I can’t believe how helpful they were at such last minute notice. I got into a bad crash and my back door was slammed in and no back window. Within an hour of being there they were able to bang the dent out and open the door and replace the glass window to where it rolls up and down as well. I am truly impressed and all together completely satisfied. And the price was really reasonable especially the damage I had to my car. I 100% recommend this place to everyone. For I was recommended by my mom and they haven’t let me down. I came here once before for a new windshield and they were so professional and helpful!

I highly recommend Richmond Auto Glass. Tony is absolutely phenomenal. What sets a glass shop apart from others is Service. Tony was welcoming and helpful the second he picked up my call before even knowing if I would be a customer. He was very patience when answering my questions. Although it took a few days to have the glass replaced due to inventory (totally not his fault), I felt taken care of and his team done a tremendous job. This place was recommended by a family friend and I can totally see why they stand out among others.

I had the BEST experience with Richmond Auto Glass! My car was vandalized and one of my windows needed to be completely replaced. Wow, all I can say is these guys are very very nice and go out of your way to help you. I live in Texas and they had some vintage glass for sale on eBay, so I decided to call to see if they had the right glass for me. While they did not, they looked long and hard to find someone that did.
