MR WINDSHIELD AUTO GLASS

I was in Saratoga Springs for a quick overnight trip when my left rear door window shattered. I called several local glass companies and no one could help until I called Mr. Windshield. The representative got right on it, checked for availability of the replacement glass and scheduled a technician to come out to the hotel and do the repairs while I enjoyed the day at the race track. I actually forgot to ask the price but was pleasantly surprised to find that it was lower than what Safelite quoted for me to come to the shop the next day, noting that a mobile visit would be an additional $50! I had a crack in my windshield that grew dangerously big. Tried going through my insurance for a claim--they never added comprehensive coverage to my auto insurance! But Mr. Windshield worked with me to find the best financial solution for me to get a replacement windshield, and was able to order and replace my windshield within 24 hours. I also had new wipers that I'd been meaning to replace my old ones with, and the repairman did that replacement for free. I had a great experience with Mr Windshield of Saratoga Springs. I contacted them to replace a windshield of our BMW 435i and to repair a chip in the windshield of our Fiat 500. The price was very competitive and they made both repairs at our house on the same day. The repair was prompt and professional. Approximately 2 months later we noticed a small crack in the BMW windshield. I contacted them and they came to our house to look to confirm it was covered under warranty. I had a fantastic experience with Mr. Windshield. I spoke with Suzy, who was so informative and she made me feel like she really cared how quickly they could repair my windshield. The closest appointment I could find anywhere else was 11 days away. Mr. Windshield saw me in 2 (initial call was on Monday, they were here first thing Wednesday morning). The technician was polite, courteous and professional. They quoted me 3-4 hours, but he was done in about 2.5. I’m very happy with the results. Price was on point with everywhere else it was a little cheaper. You’ll be happy.

If I could give Mr. Windshield 10 stars I would. Our experience with the very kind lady in the office and with Rocco, the tech who took care of our job, was exceptional. Rocco arrived at our home on a very hot and humid July afternoon and worked for about an hour to complete our job. He encountered a significant rust issue but had the expertise and tools to deal with the issue. He was professional, friendly, and very informative. Following a less than satisfactory experience with another auto glass company, we are thrilled we found Mr. Windshield!

Great job. Both the sales rep on the phone, and the window technician were incredibly polite, and did an excellent job at making arrangements and fulfilling the work order. They were right on time, and completed the work in a timely manner, and the window looks great! The price was expensive, but it was right in line with every other quote I received from several of the other glass places so I can't fault them for that. Hopefully I never need to replace another window, but if I do I will certainly use them again.

Not impressed. Went with this company due to having only positive reviews but didn’t have the same experience. The tech broke my phone mount that clips onto my air vent and didn’t mention anything when he was there. Found it next time I got into my truck, called the company and they argued with me that it was already broken off when he went into the truck which is completely false. Was told to send over the receipt and they would reimburse me, which I did and still haven’t received a reimbursement.

I had a small crack in my front windshield, but as the temperature dropped, the crack grew and eventually spread across the entire windshield. I'm from out of town and I did not know anyone who could give me a reference. So, I based my decision on the ratings of the few auto glass replacement companies I found online. I'm glad I called Mr. Windshield. The service was awesome. I felt safe with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
