Wow. Talk about Speedy, Efficient service. Had a Replacement Rear Hatch Glass scheduled in 1 day after the Claim was filed. 1 day later Safelite was there. Glass Technician Jamihl showed up on time and got right on it. Car was parked in a garage and the Weather was on his side today (11/30/23). We were his last job of the day. He was cheerful, upbeat, and seemed to enjoy his Career. A refreshing Attitude in a year of bad Customer experiences with a lot of businesses, fyi. Absolutely use Safelite! And if you’re lucky you will get Jamihl! 5 Stars all day.

I online scheduled my windshield replacement from the Henrietta, NY store location. It had to be the easiest process I've ever had online. I filled in my vehicle information, picked the service date for the actual work to be done, and prepaid. I was able to get it all done in less than 15 minutes!! The technician, Nicolas arrived within the time frame I chose. He was extremely pleasant and completed the replacement in under a hour. I am extremely happy with Safelite, the Henrietta location and my new windshield!! I highly recommend them. Thank you!!

The Scottsville office has an amazing technician, Nicholas, who performed a windshield replacement on my technician's work truck. He was friendly, thorough, and maintained a clean work area. Safelite did need to reschedule our appointment 3 times: the first windshield they had was broke and the second was scratched. I recommend they do frequent inspections of their stock and received boxed-up windshields to eliminate that issue and calling the customer the day BEFORE their appointment, not the day of, as this inconveniences the customer as they might be missing work to meet for a mobile service. Nicholas's personality, customer service, and work skills redeemed the office's failures. Currently, I give the office 2 stars until they correct their customer service and scheduling procedures and Nicholas gets 5 stars!!! Thank you, Nicholas for being amazing!!!

September 2017 front windshield was replaced in my 2012 Kia. That week it rained and while traveling to Buffalo, NY, my radio became erratic, switching stations, going off/on while driving. It did this for several days, after which it stopped working altogether. No clock, CD, and no radio. My system worked perfectly and retired, my driving was basically errands. Safelight claimed it's seal did not allow water to enter. No prior electrical issues. Erratic electrical issues immediately after they serviced my car of four years, purchased brand new! Buyer beware! These people don't own up to responsibility!

Our Safelite technician called on the day of our appointment and was actually able to come earlier than originally planned. When he arrived he was very professional and replaced our windshield without a hitch. He was very willing to answer any questions we asked along the way. He even repositioned the registeration and inspection stickers in a better place than we originally had done. This is the second time we have needed to have a windshield replaced by safelite and both times we have been pleased with the process and the end product.

The Scottsville Road Safelite facility is a great place to have your AutoGlass replaced for the technicians are very polite, kind, courteous and knowledgeable with all aspects of the AutoGlass installation process. Plus, they'll respond respectfully to any of your before/after questions you may have. I give them a 5 Star rating based on my experience with them. Thank you kindly Safelite for making things as easy as possible for me, and I greatly appreciate your professionalism in meeting my needs.

When some clown decided to smash my back window and break into my car (absconding with a grand total of $4.37 in loose bills and change), I thought I was in for a serious hassle. Thankfully my insurance pointed me to Safelite, who handled the repairs quickly and effectively. They were communicative and courteous throughout the process and they did a terrific job. I was able to get in the very next day and was in and out in under an hour. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

So yesterday on the 4th was driving home on expressway and when I passed under the overpass someone dropped something and cause a huge Crack made an appointment that's night and I brought it the next day and they finished it in a little more then an hour which was so convenient and was very appreciative to the workers I recommend this place or any safelites in the area 11/10 rating if I could put that. Nicholas was our Safelite service technician. He was very prompt,courteous and did an excellent job replacing our windshield. He told us about the replacement and was able to save the inspection, registration and car wash stickers. This saves us a lot of time and effort to get replacement stickers. Nicholas Is a fantastic employee and very capable of doing a great and flawless job! We recommend Safelite to everyone for glass repair.

Had an appointment for a star on my windshield, showed up a little early and they started right away. They went above and beyond to keep me informed throughout the process of getting my windshield repaired. They were nothing but respectful.
