When safe lite refused to replace my windshield I thought what am I going to do now. I was referred to L&M , spoke to them on the phone told them my situation and Lloyd said he was working right around the corner he would be happy to look at it, scheduled me in and did the repair right at the house. Both Lloyd and Matt are very easy to talk to, and were willing to work around my schedule, they did the repair in a professional matter and with no extra fees. Lloyd replaced the windshield on my 2018 Honda CRV. Since the camera system at the top of the windshield had to be removed and re-installed, Lloyd was willing to take the windshield to IDE Honda's service department and installed the glass there. IDE took care of the rest and the entire cost was covered by my insurance.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Super service from Matt! The original replacement windshield had a defect that prevented remounting the rearview mirror and lane departure camera assembly. Matt worked quickly to locate another windshield and coordinated with Honda service for the recalibration after. Excellent communication and service.
