Auto Glass Now

We had our windshield replaced a year ago after someone threw a rock at it a year ago. At that time they were very professional, kind and fast at replacing the window. This year our car sudden started to malfunction and we had no idea why. We had it towed to a dealership and found out that there was a leak from the windshield not being sealed properly that caused damage. We were dreading to call Autoglass to complain, but that dread diminished as soon as we spoke with them. They were appologetic and offered to cover any damage done. I can not stress enough how kind, understanding and upstanding they were about the entire situation. They moved fast to come and see what had happened, to fix it and to reimburse us for everything (including all parts and labor of the damage done to our car.) We will be using them again. People make mistakes and the way they handled the situation says everything we need to know about the company.

I had a freak accident where a rock went through my back windshield. Auto Glass Now came out the very next day to my home and fixed it. They were quick, kind, and got the job done. The few times I have had to speak with employees on the phone there everyone was so nice and helpful. A few days after the new rear windshield was installed, I was having issues with my trunk. I called them and they got me in the same day on my lunch break to take a look and see what the issue could be. All it was was some glass stuck in the trunk's locking mechanism. They cleaned it out and got everything working for me within my lunch break. I'm really impressed with how quickly they were able to assist me from start to finish, and how kind and helpful every single person was. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I had my car broken into and window smashed this winter. It was freezing out, my insurance did not cover. I got a quote from another "popular" window replacement company for almost 500$ even with a discount. I reached out to Auto Glass now and got a quote for almost 50% less 258$ and even though they didn't have window they were able to order and have me in within 36 hrs. When I brought my car in the service took maybe 30 min including a total removal of all the smashed glass within my vehicle. My car got broken into on Tuesday. They broke my driver front window. I scheduled the appointment Wednesday but nothing was available until the following Monday. Auto Glass Fitters moved up my appointment to today (Thursday) when they had something available sooner. I'm so happy that I didn't have to wait until next week. The technician Brandon was lovely. He explained what the process would be when I asked, told me how long it would take, and kept in that time frame. They were really great. My insurance company worked with me to let me know going through Safelite would be less costly than going through them and paying my deductible. From the moment I walked in with the door they were kind and went above and beyond. I was not having the best week, and someone smashed my back window to break in (I keep nothing in my car, sadly for them), and the waiting room was calming, they ensured there was no left over glass (my dogs are often in the back of my car), and they made a stressful situation as easy as possible. I really appreciated it!

I was able to get my windshield replaced faster (we had to go on a trip soon and needed this done quickly) by going to the shop, which is uncommon. It was a little hard to find at first (the sign was faded out as you'll see in the picture, but they have a van in front for now). However the man who did the work was pleasant, professional, and the work was done well and in a timely manner for a fair price (we had a odd problem not covered by insurance or warranty, so had to pay for it ourselves). If I needed to have one replaced again I'd use them again.

Appointment took almost three (3) hours and I waited at service location. Building had no air conditioning and employees working with doors open on a warm/hot August day in Rochester, NY. Waiting room also had no AC with ceiling tiles that had leaked and remnants of leaks running down the walls; carpeting stained, etc.; appalling working conditions for employees (both very nice and polite) and completely gross and unacceptable waiting area. Repair/replacement of windshield fine with long wait.

After a series of unfortunate events my window was finally installed. Once the glass was installed I can actually hear the wind through the window. I am hesitant to go back as I don’t want the ordeal to be drawn out. The receptionist is nice. Fabian was amazing and I appreciate his honesty for not knowing how to install the glass. I will most likely take my vehicle someplace else to get the remaining issue with the noise from outside repaired. Disappointed in the service but good people.

The appointment set up was a little convoluted as they initially told me they could replace the windshield in 5° weather in front of my home so I had to cancel and reschedule with another company. After that they had called me back and arranged to see me in the shop the very next day which was appreciated. The technician installed my windshield in less than an hour and so far so good no leaks or anything it looks great

I went to auto glass to get my window fixed the customer service was great they did order the wrong window and they gave me the option to come back later but instead I went with the window they ordered and they done a wonderful job I would recommend this place to everyone my appointment was at 8:30 and I was out by 9:15 and again service was great
