I would highly recommend ASAP glass and repair. Their professionalism, honesty, promptness, and customer service is outstanding!!!! My daughter ,had a cracked windshield on her jeep. We had contacted another company who had guaranteed they were coming out to fix the problem. After waiting all day they called two hours ahead of time to tell us they would not come out and we needed to reschedule for the following week. Thankfully ,I found ASAP glass,This is where I was introduced to Marty@ ASAP.His professionalism and direction as to how I needed to handle this situation with my insurance company was 100% correct. He provided me information that I was not aware of. He also kept to his word and came out on Sunday afternoon with another guy to put the windshield in. How Outstanding is that kind of service! Who comes to do a job on a Sunday? Not too many people. This is why I gave this company a five star rating. I will definitely use them in the future for any issues my family has. More like NEVER glass... They booked my appointment, showed up hours late and didn’t do the service. I have a specialty custom vehicle so I’m guessing they aren’t qualified for this type of thing. They rescheduled it and canceled about 3 or 4 times and ultimately never showed up. In reply to your response your guys couldn’t find where I live. I called them back 6 minutes after they reached out (I check d the time logs) but you personally told me they were done for the day and wouldn’t go back. And regarding the window not being correct you told me you didn’t want to work on the vehicle where it was parked- I didn’t care about the logo but since you wanted to reschedule, I said I’d take the one that matches my current one. Furthermore you canceled for the rescheduled date due to a “family matter”.

My boyfriend, Steven, and I took a trip up to the Falls, and on our second night our windshield cracked after a particularly deep pothole. We were on vacation so we didn't really know the area. I Google'd local business to support. From the moment I called and spoke to Marty, I knew that my car was in good hands. We were able to get an immediate appointment and he had the glass my car needed on hand. He and his son, Shane, are very professional and down to earth. They made us feel comfortable, his estimate beat the others I spoke to and was done in 45 mins. These people are amazing at what they do. Marty and Jim are very friendly, good guys that know what they're doing and and will make sure whatever you need done is done right. Had them replace a windshield in my '76 Maverick and in My 2011 CRV. They even got the old windshield out of the Maverick without breaking it! Both installations went perfect and I wouldn't have anyone else replace my glass besides them. My husband was mowing the lawn and a stone hit my neighbor's car window. 😭 I called ASAP based on a yelp review and was not disappointed. We called at 4 on a Saturday and found out this wasn't just any window that broke but a hard to locate window. We called other local glass repair places and (those that answered on Saturday at 5) all told us this glass couldn't be found locally. ASAP called local used places and eventually found it for us brand new and came and installed it for less than Safelite quoted. My neighbor was very impressed with the technician and the install and we couldn't he happier with the service we received. Definitely call ASAP first.

I needed to replace my windshield ASAP (pun intended) and thankfully, they were available Monday. They were really nice and let me observe what they were doing. They got the job done in a timely manner as they knew what they were doing. After the windshield was replaced, they made the effort to clean the streaks on the inside and outside, even the tiny streaks that were unnoticeable. I could tell they take the time to ensure quality work and that they care about their customers. It was also at a reasonable and affordable price as well so I definitely I would recommend this place if you ever need your windshield replaced!

We have a Class A Diesel Pusher motorhome and we travel full time for work. Had a rock hit the driver side panel. Our insurance company set us up with ASAP Auto Glass for the repair. Marty and Shane came out to do the repair while we were in Amherst and discovered the wrong side had been sent. The return was made while a new piece was sent out. They then came to the Rochester area to do the replacement. Couldn’t have asked for a better job. They were very thorough, clean and efficient. They take pride in their work and the end result shows. Amazing customer service! I couldn’t believe how fast and easy Marty & Shane made the process. They were here within 24 hours of me calling and were in and out in under and hour and they even came all the way to me on the far end of grand island which safelite wanted to charge me $75 just to do. Only place I will ever go for any auto glass needs. They were super kind and hilarious made my whole day and pulled off the job in a very small amount of time and made it so I could get to work on time without worry of getting pulled over. 10000% recommend

Shane and Marty were out to replace the glass on our RV windshield. They were both very nice and professional. They showed me what they were doing every step of the way. The job turned out excellent. They even cleaned the dashboard. The best it has looked in a long time. The window replacement was an insurance claim. We also had a little leak in another window. They fixed that at a very reasonable price. My new go to glass replacement and repair company.

I looked up ASAP Auto glass when I was unable to get anyone out to me through my insurance companies recommended glass repair shop when my rear window shattered unexpectedly. They were here within a few hours after my call and got the rear window replaced in no time at all. Very professional & punctual.
