Excellent customer service from start to finish, prompt scheduling as well! We needed our windshield fully replaced and the installation process appeared thorough and diligent but was completed timely. Mr. Windshield was kind, professional, and personable. He wore a mask and remained socially distant during all interactions. Highly recommend!

I called Mr. Windshield yesterday and spoke with this really nice Lady named Suzy. She was so kind I told her I had a new Lexus with a broken windshield and I have a ton of wires and rain sensors and things. She assured me there was nothing to worry about. She was right. The technician that came out was very Professional and was very careful with my car. He even got my inspection and registration stickers back on perfectly! Couldn't even tell he moved them over. I couldn't believe it.. he was very kind to me and my kids. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. They really care care about what they do and about there customers. I most definitely recommend using Mr.Windshield for any of your auto glass needs !! Thank you again Mr. Windshield !!

I had my windshield replaced in October of 2019 , they had to come back three times as air was coming in , in the lower right hand corner. I've called them many times and they say they will get back to me but haven't so far. Today I went out and it has a crack going up the window in the spot where the air was coming in. I tried calliing today but no answer. I guess I will have to take them to small claims court. Don't recommend them at allNegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Service is way better than I expected. From the moment I got a quote to the technician came to get it installed, communication was very efficient and professional. They tried very hard to make sure the process goes smoothly while I was working on my own stuff, and also told me everything to maintain the good shape after the new windshield was installed. Excellent service! Susan was very helpful and understanding and was able to get me an appointment for the very next day, even though it wasn't an emergency. Joseph was waiting in the driveway as soon as I got home from work. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend them!

Mr Windshield did an amazing job replacing my windshield. I had called a few companies but they were by far the best. The knew which windshield I needed, communicating very well with me and came out when they said they would. I highly recommend if you need your windshield replaced to give them a call!
