I went to a few other shops first and most of them were just awful. They were rude, pushy, and clearly trying to overcharge. One even told me the chipped side window could be patched, took my payment, then said it needed full replacement and wanted to treat the charge like a deposit. This shop was the complete opposite. I spoke to David on the phone and he was direct, helpful, and ordered the glass right away for next-day delivery. He gave me a fair price, worked with my insurance, and just got it done. I ended up needing both the front passenger window and the windshield replaced. I brought the car in, they took care of everything quickly, and I had it back in about an hour. It was such a relief after dealing with all the other places. Highly recommend.

My left passenger window was broken into, the night before on a Saturday. I went home stressed out wondering how and when I could get this replaced, and how much it would cost. I woke up the next morning on Sunday and looked for glass repair near me . I saw Alex auto glass and noticed they were already open bright and early, I called and immediately they were on it and told me to come now. And just like that , they cleaned out my car from all broken glass and replaced it right away. Very nice employees too. They even offered to fix a little piece on my chair . Terrible service and fake reviews, they scratched my new van. I sent my car in for some window modifications and as they were finishing up I noticed a scratch on the right side of the minivan right in the area where they were working. When I told the guys and the manager they started telling me that this scratch was there before then I showed them a picture of my car from the day before with the date on it no scratch because I got it from the dealer but again they they were completely irresponsible and started laughing at me. very bad experience so don't go there!

I had an amazing experience using Alex Glass Repair. I called him early Sunday morning inquiring about my car and also gave him all the details, he was extremely helpful and provided me with amazing customer service. I drove all the way from westchester county to his shop. I called 5 different companies before I found Alex and he gave me the best price. Safelite told me it would take a week to get repaired. I am so grateful and happy I found them. They literally took less than 1 hour to fix.

I Today, Monday, President's Day, I went to Alex Auto Glass for an estimate to change the front glass of my Nissan Altima. No one recommended them to me. I only googled and saw their business near where I live and was guided by the comments they have in their review and all their comments are positive. They know how to do their job and in less than an hour my glass was ready. The price varies by car, but it is very comfortable... I recommend them, they are very serious and professional.

WOW….I only did a Google search in an emergency situation for Auto Glass repair and this company was #1 o the results. I now know why. 1 call and within minutes they called me back and had the ability to fix it right away. They told me it would take about an hour and it did. High quality service both quick and efficient. Very courteous and attentive staff. They will need a bigger place soon for the volume of work coming their way. Great value as well. Price is DEFINITELY right.
