Her communication leading up to the appointment was excellent--she kept me informed every step of the way. When it came time for the service, working with Carlos, the owner, was equally impressive. His professionalism, kindness, and expertise were evident from the moment we spoke. The turnaround time was amazingly quick, and the quality of work was top-notch. They even came to my dealership to do the replacement because my car wouldn't pass inspection if it wasn't replaced. This team truly goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. From the moment I called, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They scheduled my appointment quickly and arrived right on time. The technician was professional, courteous, and clearly skilled at what he does. He replaced my windshield with “precision” and care, and the final result was flawless. What impressed me most was how clean and tidy they left everything afterward (vacuumed my carpets and wiped down all my glass), with no trace of glass or tools left behind. Carlos and Jack arrived on time after calling ahead. They informed me exactly what had to be done to replace my damaged front windshield. They worked well together as a team, and did a fantastic job. They even cleaned all my car windows, and vacuumed the floor mats. Carlos calibrated the windshield, and they informed exactly what to do over the next few days as the windshield seated itself. I am 100% happy and satisfied with the professional job they did, and would highly recommend PRECISION AUTO GLASS to anyone looking for window repair. If I need a vehicle windshield replacement in the future, I am definitely calling PRECISION AUTO GLASS.

Phil and Sergio are the best! When a tree branch fell on my car and broke my back windshield on my 98 Pontiac, I was devastated. I called up many places and it seemed like no one had the part. Precision Auto Glass of LI were the only ones who were able to get the job done! They came in a fancy van and even provided their own tent because it had started to rain. They cleaned up all the glass from my prior back windshield and were explaining what they were doing along the way. Phil and Sergio are very knowledgeable technicians, and I would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you have an older vehicle! Me and my dad give them 16 stars!

Absolutely wonderful and professional service. Fantastic price for windshield and recalibration (hundreds cheaper than big chain). Lori and Kim took care of initial quote and appointment setup like true bosses. I appreciate their help so much! Jack and Steve were highly efficient, communicative, and professional installers who had the job done in well under an hour and left no trace they had ever been there but for a sparkling new windshield. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond was greatly appreciated. Precision has been around since I was a kid, and it’s easy to see why. Thank you!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I have a SPECIAL GORILLA GLASS windshield in my RUBICON 392 and they were able to replace the exact OEM GORILLA GLASS windshield with NO PROBLEM!!! ... WHEN.... this windshield gers cracked, i am calling PRECISION GLASS AGAIN to replace it. I've delt with MANYYY mobile glass replacement companies having a jeep wrangler but, i feel very comfortable and confident that i can call PRECISION GLASS to come to me and fix my windshield......YOU SHOULD CALL THEM TOO.....having a jeep, i am an expert on cracked windshields.....and im telling you to call PRECISION GLASS...that's all I can say !

From the lovely receptionist that took my call to the great technicians that replaced and recalibrated my sensors. I had a cracked windshield, and they were able to schedule an appointment quickly and get the job done in no time. The repair was flawless, and my windshield looks as good as new. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of auto glass repair. Five stars all the way!

Would recommend them to anyone I know, they came on time, were in constant contact with me, even cleaned the dashboard of my car and even educated me/took the time out to explain what they are doing exactly which I really appreciated. I've used Safelight before in the past before I was recommended to use Precision autoglass and Safelight put my windshield on incorrectly & they would not fix that I drove around with for quite some time, up until I needed to get a new windshield. I have not had a single issue with this Precision, everyone I know uses them and prefers them.
