I have used this particular glass repair/replacement twice now. First time for my wife's car covered by insurance and went to the facility. They had it done same day. Second time for business. I had accidentally gave them the wrong model name as well but instead of making me wait a long time or schedule a new appointment, pay extra, etc. They actually instead got the correct windshield and still completed the job on the same day for me without costing extra. Will not go anywhere else

Great experience! They did have to come out twice because the first time there was a scratch in the glass on the drivers side. I really appreciate them being honest and not just replacing it anyway. When they came out the second time the installer was very professional and efficient. My windshield was replaced quickly and the installer was very thoughtful and saw my ez pass sitting in the cup holder and provided me with new Velcro and installed it which was greatly appreciated!

Disappointing Experience with Safelite AutoGlass I had an unfortunate experience with Safelite AutoGlass that I feel compelled to share. My initial choice to call them was influenced by their well-known jingle and reputation, as I needed to replace the windshield of my Ford Raptor F150 due to a crack. However, the service I received was far below my expectations. The technician arrived without the correct windshield and suggested I keep the cracked one, which was unacceptable. Though he returned later with the correct part, the installation process, performed in my office parking lot, was substandard. I noticed sealant messily applied all over my roof and around the windshield, with visible gaps in the sealing. The technician's inability to use a step stool led to this sloppy job and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he simply left without resolving the issue. My concerns were heightened the next day when it rained and rainwater leaked into the truck's main ECU through the improperly sealed windshield, rendering it inoperable. This led to the costly need to replace the entire ECU. Despite my efforts to contact Safelite for a prompt resolution, their scheduling constraints further delayed the necessary repair. Ultimately, I turned to West Herr Glass install for assistance. They efficiently fixed the windshield and also replaced the ECU. The contrast in the quality of service between the two companies was stark. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Safelite AutoGlass. Their initial lack of proper equipment, poor installation quality, and inadequate response to my concerns resulted in significant inconvenience and expense. I hope this review helps others in making an informed decision for their auto glass needs.

Stay away from this location! I’ve been back there 13 times! First time they cracked my windshield more! After it was replaced I had a massive water leak! Every time I went they said nothing was wrong! I even went to a I had to replace my door jam because I got water in it. They had me fix some gasket that my jeep do not need and now I have water damage that they are refusing to fix! The district manager, I talked to called me and the mechanic I went to a liar and told me him and his trainer that met me at the location was the best of the best, but couldn’t find the water leak. Finally after fighting with my insurance company in them, they had me go to the Clinton Road location who found the leak within two minutes!The two parts alone cost me over $300 and I get offered $150 that won’t even cover the cost of my parts and now the Damage! The manager at this location told me I would get a refund for the parts and get a loaner car to get my vehicle into the shop. I have electrical problems my radio turns up and down by itself, and my emergency brake system is shot because of all the water pouring into it!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

This is the worst service I’ve ever received. Would give zero stars if I could. Took my car to Safelite to get a windshield replaced, they told me it would take about an hour, with an hour and a half being the latest. After three and a half hours of sitting in the waiting room in the middle of my work day they told me they couldn’t recalibrate my camera and I had no choice to take it to my dealership. Thank god my dealership is so accommodating and was able to get me in the same day. When the dealership looked at the vehicle they said they’re also not able to recalibrate the car because Safelite broke my camera and I would need to get it replaced. Safelite failed to mentioned that nice piece of information. Now I’m currently in the process of addressing this with my insurance company so they can take action against Safelite. If you are looking to go to this location, I’d suggest driving the extra distance and visiting Nova Glass Company in Springville. Also very cute of the employees to leave sporadic dirt piles on the dash of my car. Kudos to them for keeping their cleanliness in line with their service.

The service was great! The technician that came out was not only professional and knowledgeable but friendly and nice as well. I appreciated that he let me know when he was coming. Even though my car is older, he still took great care when working which is greatly appreciated. The service rep who made my appointment was great as well and ever so patient. She was able to check my insurance (I was referred by USAA) to ascertain that I had a 0 deductible which made my day. There were numerous reminders that the appointment was coming up and a reschedule option if needed. All in all, I am very satisfied with the service and appreciate Safelite AutoGlass service professionals. I would definitely recommend to everyone!

Safelite in Hamburg had no power during the time of my appointment but they still went through with my windshield change, were extremely kind and apologetic (even though power outage isn't on them, and it would have been totally reasonable to take down my contact information to reschedule), reviewed the entire order and procedure on a phone with me so I would know what they were doing and how long it would take, AND finished the job quickly and well. This is customer service at it's best, to be so kind and informative in circumstances where they would have been well within reason to not only turn me away, but to have been outwardly miserable in going forward with appointments without power or heat.

Been here a number of times over the years, they always have quick service and easy scheduling. Only leaving a review because of a recent experience. They had a scheduling mix up between my vehicle and another of the same make and model. I showed up to pick up my vehicle after being told it was ready and it hadn't actually been worked on yet. Gabe at the front desk and the other gentleman working (I apologize I forget his name) went above and beyond to make the situation right and kept the shop open late to make sure my vehicle got done that day. Both very kind and professional about the situation. Will definitely continue to come to this location for any auto glass work.

I would absolutely recommend this business. At first, I was skeptical using Safelite and having a technician come to my home for the repair. The communication from the company was excellent. My technician Caiden is the absolute best. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, communicated well and he was very professional. He was also very patient and thoroughly explained answers to my questions during the replacement process. I was blown away with the service and the installation of my new windshield. I highly recommend this company and Caiden as your technician.

Caleb, my tech, did an awesome job. Arrived at my house. Started right to work. The job was completed in a timely manner. Was very informative about the next week following the new installation. Highly recommend! Customer service was also extremely good! Due to weather and no available space in my garage I had to reschedule my appointment a few times. Which is on me. They did offer to have me bring it in. I declined that offer. So they worked to schedule me an appointment when the weather was better. 10/10
