P & A Auto Glass

I can not say enough about P&A. My son rented a car from a private party and the rear window was broken. This happened on a Wednesday afternoon and the car needed to be returned by 5pm, and the owner had another renter picking the car up on Friday. My son took the car to Safelite and was told the next appointment available was over a week. I am in Florida and reached Phil after doing a search for auto glass in the Freeport area. Phil took the VIN# and got back to me and said he could do it the following day. Not only did he go to the owner's home to replace the glass the following afternoon, but he was half the price of what Safelite quoted my son. Though I offered to pay up front, Phil refused and told me to pay him when the job was complete. I work in a customer service industry and have to say this type of service and consideration is rare in today's world. I would tell anyone that needs auto glass replacement that P&A is the only place to go, nowhere else. Thanks Phil.

My glass had shattered due to it being cold outside on December 23, 2024. I had called safelite, and they told me they can't come out and they won't have the glass available until December 31, 2024. I had called around, and no one would service my car until Friday. Well, well, well. I had called P & A auto glass and spoke to the owner, told him my situation, he stated i will call you back in two hours and for sure, I received my call he found my car door glass and ordered it for overnight shipping. (That was the Bomb). On December 24, 2024, Phil came to my home and put the glass in earlier in the morning before the snow started. I love P & A auto for helping me through the whole process. ***updated*** May 9...2 days later...my window has been replaced!! Phil came to my house. We chatted while he worked!!! In and out in 1 hr. Vacuumed both sides of my front seats!! They are truly the best!!!!! After pictures attached!! Holy moly...so far they are my angels. Spoke to Phillip and Donna and old them my imsurance told me to use safelite. But I spoke to Safelite Wednesday May 1st they told me they could get aftermarket window May 24th. Yet Donna made one phone call got back to me in 5 minutes they are getting me original Kia glass and they will have it in Thursday which is 2 days from today thank goodness for them! Here is a before picture I will post another one when the work is finished.

Excellent service! My windshield cracked two days before traveling out of state and Donna went out of her way to call and locate a replacement after working hours. She was able to find the windshield, get it shipped over night, and the next day was at the shop getting it replaced. Her husband Phil not only changed out the glass that morning but also double checked my break fluid and windshield wiper fluid were adequately filled since he knew I was going out of state. From the very first step talking to Donna, she went out of her way making calls was able to find me a glass where other place were just telling no and safelight had me waiting well over 4 month said that no will be able to get this glass and the team over a P &A auto Glass got it done . I called P & A Auto Glass this morning as I had a huge scare with my windshield cracking while I was at a stop light. I was instantly calmed by SUPERB service with how caring everyone was. Within the hour of meeting in person, my windshield was replaced. Now this is what I consider EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Pricing was reasonable as well, given the urgency. Phil did an absolutely outstanding job installing the windshield and trim on my 1986 4Runner. He was meticulous in every detail, took his time to make sure everything was done perfectly, and treated the job like it was his own vehicle. It’s a pretty awful feeling when the landscapers ring your doorbell and tell you they accidentally smashed your car window while trimming the lawn. Luckily, they handed me the business card of P and A Auto Glass and said that Phil handles any and all mishaps that they have. I called Phil and within 2-3 hours, he had found a replacement window, arrived at my house and fixed everything. Everything was like new, vacuumed up all the broken glass and triple checked his work. Phil did an outstanding job replacing the windshield on my Ford F-150. Not only was he professional and skilled, but he also went out of his way to accommodate our schedule, which we really appreciated.
