I highly recommend going through David with any glass repairs or replacement. We got our rear windshield shattered, I called David for a quote he answered right away, got back to me in 15 mins with a GREAT price. We brought our car over to him, he even dropped us back off so we wouldn’t have to look for a ride and to top it off he went out to Buffalo personally to ensure we got our windshield ASAP before his scheduled delivery for it. Today on the road I broke my glass, this master is not just a wizard, he just saved me! At a time when all the big companies in big cities couldn't do it, I called Rochester area, and Buffalo area, about 18 companies!!! And those companies didn't have glass, they don't install glass!! And then there was a real customer service from this master, he would not say to go to him for a yard, he did everything himself! He brought the glass and installed it for me in less than 15 minutes where I stood !! Absolutely the best in the entire field since Rochester to Buffalo! Right now I have clear and perfect windshield glass again!

This guy is awesome. My back sliding glass window smashed out of my truck and the dealer told me almost 900 for a non tinted window to fix and they would need my truck for the day. Safe lite wanted almost 700 for a non tinted window. I contacted Dave and he told me 300 with installation. I told him let's do it he had the right tinted window and had it in the truck in less then 30 mins. This guy is a rockstar. I have to give out an honest review of this business. I had my company call while I was on my way to deliver at Americold in Dunkirk, NY. I was only here a total of 15 minutes before Newcomb arrived and set to work and had the new windshield in, in less than an hour. Thank you Newcomb Autoglass. Dave is an awesome local glass shop. We are a CMV trucking company in the Dunkirk, NY area. He was flexible with our complicated schedule. Had to have my windshield replaced due to a large crack and chip in it. Called him and he had the new glass for my car later that evening, got in the next morning and he had my windshield done in less than an hour!!! Very impressed. He even put my dash cam back up on my windshield for me after the replacement was done. Overall very happy with my experience here, will definitely be here again if needed!

Had my windshield vandalized and, in a panic, I called around trying to find an affordable place that could fix it in a decent time frame. Talk about easy to find.
