There is literally no way to reach a live person to speak with over the phone. You can't call the national office or a local store. The same computer system runs everything! If you try their chat feature on their website, they have a "call now" button blocking the chat text box so you can't see what you're even typing until after you hit enter. A nice chat person gave me an "unlisted" customer support number where you actually get a live person. The moment you explain the warranty issue, she hangs up on you too. While they may work great with insurance companies, apparently they don't want any regular cash business nor do they want to complete any warranty work. if your phone number doesn't match whatever someone entered in their computer system, you're sol on getting anything scheduled or getting any help from them. The website only has options for glass repair. The dealership says a window company is the only place that can fix the broken seal around the windshield. You can't upload a photo to get an estimate that way because that section of the website is fake. The blue hyperlink is a catfish link. It's only written in blue. There's no actual hyperlink to upload photos or way to get any type of estimate. It may say it will text you a link but that's another fake catfish section of the site. No text ever arrives.

Safelite AutoGlass on Dick Road and Walden Avenue in Depew, NY is rated #1 in my book! From getting scheduled for service, to completion, they were quick to fit me in, kind and courteous at reception, and completed the replacement within an hour. I have had 4 vehicles within the last 20 years, needing windshield replacements, beginning with a van that was vandalized with an axe, both front AND back windows were replaced at my home that same day! I have never had a bad experience with this company, or this location, and will, for as long as I may need their service, call Safelite, and recommend them to family and friends. They're true to their word with what they do, give excellent instruction on what to expect before, during, and after their work is complete and you drive away. Heck, with so many instances I have needed Safelight... they feel like family; I can always trust these folks to take good care of me and my vehicles.🥰💯👍

Scheduled a windshield replacement (after a rock flew up and cracked mine) via the online website. That was quick, and easy. The option to have them come to me wasn't available for a couple of days, but they had same day, if I went to them. Upon arrival the receptionist was very nice. The waiting room is comfy. There is TV to watch, free Wi-Fi and snacks. It took just over an hour. The tec I talked to was very pleasant. Also he transferred over inspection, and registration stickers. Overall a very pleasant experience. (No cost, fully covered by ALLSTATE)

Such a seamless process and super helpful staff. I told Jamie at the front desk that I had somewhere to be in 3 hours and she was knowledgeable enough to know that my make and model of car would be a faster install which it was, 1.5 hours was twice as fast as I was expecting. Cody was also super professional helpful. He gave me a call to give me some pointers on things to be careful of for about the next week while the glue is still fresh as well as making sure he reinstalled parts on my dash in the same spot they were previously.

Scheduled a windshield replacement through insurance, appointment was initially pushed back a week due to a part on delay, but not their fault. The appointment itself was very pleasant and faster than expected. Collin is an excellent technician who made sure everything (mirror, stickers, EZ Pass) was put back in their rightful places. He was informative and paid attention to detail, as well as courteous. Top notch tech which made my experience worry-free. All the staff were kind and professional throughout.

When I arrived for my appointment I was told it would be two to three hours for the windshield replacement. It turned out they were right. I waited three hours. While waiting there I heard several people (also waiting) talk about there past terrible experience at Safelite including long waits; misaligned glass; black goo on the dash,headliner, and glass. My experience was just as expected and just as I was told by the service desk attendee. A long wait but I did not experience any problems.

Absolutely awesome experience! I was traveling from Albany to Buffalo and my window shattered on my way there. I needed an appointment as soon as possible because I needed to travel home and I was able to get an appointment the following morning. Collin was AMAZING getting my car done quickly so we could make a sporting event we had planned for later in the day. I highly recommend this location for your service needs!!

SUPER SATISFIED with my windshield replacement. Shawn was my technician and he kept me updated during the repair. Roughly 1 hour. Asked me if i had any questions/concerns. ready to answer. windshield is REALLY clean and inspection / registration stickers don’t even look messed with! 10/10 for this location, & Shawn the technician. Also have bathrooms / 10 person waiting area. Pretty clean location!

These guys were great on such short notice. My windshield lost a battle with a piece of wood. Set up an appt through my insurance because nothing was available until 2 days later, but when I got there to drop it off, they got me in within 20 minutes due to a cancellation. The customer service was above and beyond, would recommend. Collin did a great job. Thank you all!!!

Not only do they come to your work/home to fix/repair your windshield bc someone is too lazy to clean the ice from their car before driving on thruway. They turned a stressful experience into a reassuring one by making it easy to file a claim and take care of the vehicle with little interaction. While the waiting room was stone cold I did get a free cup of warm coffee.
