Horrible place, don't go there. Fishy place We took our car to be inspected, first of all it seemed that no one was there, all of the sudden a man came, I told him what we wanted and I don't know if its because I'm a woman but he started saying that the brakes of the car were bad without even looking properly, he was standing on the street looking from far away and that it needed to be changed right away but that he will tell his "boss" that everything is good with the car to pass the inspection if we give him money on the side for helping us out... needless to say we went to other car service where they did the inspection thoroughly and everything was fine.

Called ahead to have my CARCO inspection done for insurance. The guy told me to come in. When I got there, there was ONE car ahead of me and he told me to come back next week. I drove to another mechanic much further away, but they had fantastic service. In comparison, this other garage was full, but the guy came out to my car (parked in the street) with his iPad and got everything done in under 10 minutes. Makes me wonder why I was told by Certified Auto & Glass to come back the following week. Based on that service I wouldn’t go there unless my car literally broke down in front. I which case I would still call AAA.

So I came here to fix my passenger side window. When I talked to the guy he said he was able to take card. I’ve had to wait for two hours for them to get it fix. The problem was when I came back they was asking for cash, and it was just a back and forth fight about me being told I could use card and the dude saying they only take cash. The worse part was when they did put the new window in, but didn’t seal it properly. It was my fault for not checking it, but I was just so frustrated and angry about only taking cash that I just wanted to leave. You might find a better deal if you go to the shops around citi field.

Don't go here, they will fool you and waste your time, the people in there are very bad, never encountered such a bad place , very terrible experience! Don’t waste your time. I went there last week for carco inspection. And the worker told me come back in one hour. After one hour, I came again. They told me come back in three hours. I had no choice. Three hours later, the guy pretended to do the inspection. I waited there for one hour, and the guy told me the system had problem and I had to come again tomorrow. They waste my whole day! I came to another store, it only took 15 minutes to complete all inspection.

the worst and horrible job they did to my van windshield and wha t a ripoff cheat place i will never recommend this to even my enemies i wish there is zero star they messed up my inspection sticker and registration while changing the windshield which i can't use it again big unprofessional place and they give you one quote or price on phone and when you get there place they will not honor that price and will start bullshiting and charge you higher please please please please don't go to this place i haven't felted down cheated foolish and moron by them in my life they were greedy people. zero star

I went here for an inspection on my car on November 12th and they were supposed to send my information to carco for my insurance. It was never done and i found out because my insurance was canceled. When I called they said they don’t have the report and to call carco. I called carco and they have no history of a report on my car. I called back to the shop and they tell me there password doesn’t work for carco and that I need to do the inspection again. I visited this shop to fix minor scratch on the passenger side. The paint job was so poor, they messed up the entire car with extra paint on the bumpers,on the rubber in the door an other area. I went back after a week to correct the paint job . Bottom line, the car was a mess again, it looks like they used my car for their personal business. There was rest of food inside my car and so dirty that I had to take the car to car wash. One more thing they stole 3 hand sanitizer that I had in my car.NegativePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism

I went there to replace my brake rotors and pads with original parts from Subaru. I'm not happy, because, they took short cuts, and did not replaced the metal clips that hold the brake pads. I read that they are supposed to change the clips, because the pads will wear out faster. Lo barato sale caro. Cheap becomes expensive. I would rather pay more money and get it done the right way. I didn't even get a receipt and warranty. Don't waste your money by going there. Go to a reputable place or car dealer instead. Big mistake, on my part.

They did a good job replacing the glass, but did a sloppy job on everything else. They left 2 razor blades in the car and left the relay fuse box cover open. The lid itself was melted. Edit: they cut a camera wire that caused a parasitic electrical draw on the battery. The car won't start randomly and I had to bring it to a mechanic to diagnose the issue. I spoke to the manager at the glass shop who did this and of course he said he didn't...bad workmanship.

Had my car broken into on Mother's Day 2015 by some a**holes. I went there on Monday morning and they were able to get me in and out within half and hour. Excellent prices and excellent service. There was barely enough time for my 4 year old niece who was in tow with me to get restless waiting. I know it's a year plus later but they definitely deserve this review. Glad they found me while I was trying to get it replaced.
